Bait and Switch
Ordered a pretty little box with engraving and opted to save shipping cost and pick up item in store. Completed order and received an email a few hours later to contact the company. Spoke with representative and was told that my order had been cancelled due to item not available in the store I had chosen. Was then asked if I would like to get something else to which I promptly replied I ordered what I wanted. Why would they not find out if it were available at another nearby store and see if that would be ok, or even sent said item to the store for me to pick up at a later date. I will be contacting the company as well to find out why these are not viable offers to ensure at least mediocre customer service.
