Terrible Customer Service
Carried an item in on Saturday to ship to NJ. The associate packaged, weighed, measured the item and charged me $91. I left with the receipt and tracking number. On Monday I received a call from the owner saying that the package was measured wrong and that I owed him $101 more to ship the item. Really? If the associate is incapable of carrying out the process, shouldn't the owner make it right? Don't use this Store, they don't take care of the customer.
