Miserable and unprofessional staff owner included. I ask wich service can I use to have the fast service to arrive in New Zealand in 3 days, and, rolando suggest me the $285 deal, perfect, I paid and after a week the package still in the USA. so, i went back to the store to explain to me the status of the shipment (wasnt give to me the tracking #, he should send by e-mail, well never uppen)and another young lady answer me is not our responsability you should complain to the ups!!!! This location should be responsible, she answer with attitude nothing that we can do. The owner came outside to let me know about the status, well even more confuse!!!! VOID THIS LOCATION...... Terrible terrible terrible
