Horrible Customer Service

What a shame, two younger women VERY rude. Horrible attitudes. Need to find employees that want to work not text.

I love the way they say willing to help. we can get your stuff out with a smile. we get the job done. They are so rude in this place after 4.30 text on cell phone sittin on the counter tops

I had the same incident with a girl there

and I reported a young girl to the home office. this is not good business and I hope in the future the owner would realize you're going to lose a lot of customers this way
