False Advertising
I purchased a big mug costing $14 because they had a sign that said you will get free refills when you buy it. Now they had a sign up that said that they no longer do free refills and that it's $1 to refill it. I called and asked for my $ back if they want to lie to their customers but they said no. I am very upset with them. What a complete waste of $.
