disappointed 7 year customer
Very disapointed I couldn't get a 10 minute haircut in 1 1/2 hour lunch. Told the wait was 15 minutes but after 55 minutes had to leave with no haircut. There was only 1 person ahead of me.... too worried about lunchs and not customers....
