Terrible customer service at the pumps!
Terrible customer service at the pumps! The men working at the pumps move so slow that they are almost going backwards. They have no sense of urgency and have horrible attitudes. I always try my best to say please and thank you and wish them a good day when they hand my card back to me. Unfortunately all they can do is grunt and I have yet to see any of them smile. Seriously, is it that hard? The first time I stopped at this station I feel that I was scammed for extra cash. I was paying cash and feel that the employee over charged me about $10. I didn’t get a receipt or check the pump as I was in a hurry to get to work, but I knew how much it should have cost to fill my tank. Since that day I made sure that I charge on my Sunoco card so that I can check the charges. This state (NJ) has so many grumpy people working at the pumps that shouldn’t be. I’d much rather pump my own and be on my way!
