Terrible location!!
I will never again dine at this location at Oaklawn and Cedar Springs. I complained to corporate about this location never having coffee in the morning. I received a phone call from the owner stating that I was a liar and that I had in fact never been to his location even though I still have the receipt from my previous visit. He then told me when I mess with this store I mess with him and I took this as harassment. I called corporate once more to complain about the owners harassing phone call and I was told there was nothing corporate could do since each store has its own owner. When asked what Subway was going to do to make this situation right the customer service representative stated to me it is not her job to keep me as a customer. I was absolutely appalled I will never dine at this location nor any other subway.
