Terrible customer service
I came to steak and shake with a party of 6 I am a server as well so I assumed people would approach a table happy to make money. Well we sat for 16 minutes before a male server came up to us!!!! Waited 7 minutes for drinks!!! This is a huge disappointment for an establishment I come to often and I don't intend to go back!!!! Thank you for the bad service and you are welcome for the good tip!!! I can't in good concence tip a server badly.... Even though I believe they deserve it!!! Brian who works at steak and shake on 933 in south bend Indiana!!!!!
