Lost customer
I waited two minutes at the drive thru at 11:20 a.m. before I was told that i had to wait. Five miutes later I drove to the window to see if anyone was at the drive thru work station. I did'nt see anyone so I drove back around and was told I had to wait. When I asked how long, the female became rude, so I replied "I don't think so" and drove off. A total lack of management, training, or both. It is sad that hung over employees give bad names to restaurantsand bring the heat down on managers, but good management would not let this happen.
