gives wrong quotes
We have had very bad communication from the beginning with State Farm. If you get a quote on the phone make sure to record what they tell you because they will change or add on policy changes with out any notification or reason. in my case 100 dollars more a month. i have gotten notice of payments after the payment has been taken out of my account and when we call they reply with " we have mailed you a notice of payment in advance " and i have never received this until 2 days later in the mail after i talk to them. This has happened to me on three occasions now. i will never use this particular office again. customer be aware.
