Staff returned my small Prada handbag that I acidentally dropped!
I need to gush about the staff of the Starbucks at 701 9th Street next to the Pepco building. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly, remembering names and drinks by the regulars - but they are also heros in my book. I dropped my little Prada crossbody bag in their store and walked to my office and it was probably a half hour before I realized it was missing. My little bag contained my entire life -- iphone 5, credit cards, driver's license, cash. I walked back to the store and the wonderful staff returned it to me. Awesome!! Totally made my year!
