Purchased 3 phones from this store a couple of years ago. Salesman was a bit rude but we got good deals. Went back to upgrade and met with a very rude sales person. We left and went elsewhere. Went again to buy a case. Was greeted warmly until we said why we were there and were then ignored. When we asked for help it as add hard to get an answer even though the store had no other customers. Decided to leave and order online.

Said it's be there on Wednesday, September 25th, then last Friday, and it's still not here! At least be plain out honest if you're not gonna have the phones for a month, jeez!
They won't sell you the 5s without buying an extra device that would cost you 20 a month called customer service and is not true
They set the right expectation , very friendly sales person and different than other sprint stores . I definitely recommend this store .
