Terrible customer service
Was on a business trip yesterday and my Samsung phone quit working. I had to take a taxi since I was in Oklahoma City on business and did not have a rental car. The man or should I say boy that helped me would not do anything and told me to come back tomorrow. Another associate came over and I told him the other person would not help me and that it cost me $30 for a taxi. They both started laughing about it. Very unprofessional. I called sprint customer service and made a formal complaint. They said they would investigate.
