Fixed my phone complimentarily
My phone would not take a charge and ended up finding out the port was corroded. They fixed the part free of charge. They were so nice and friendly about everything. A++ experience :)

Solved the problem Fitchburg office caused!
In 3 questions the issue was found. I found this store & it's employees to be pleasant, helpful & professional, a far cry from my initial experience at the Fitchburg,MA (3rd party dealer) store. THANK YOU for reassuring me that my switch from Verizon was NOT a mistake!
