Sucky service!
The "customer service" rep on duty today really made my day! I hate wasting time, money, energy, etc. I called this store to inquire about a charging/synching cable for an iPhone 4, guy on phone said yes and quoted me a price. I drove 10 miles to get there and found that the cable was in stock and was indeed the price he quoted, however when he rang it up it was a few dollars more. I kindly requested he walk over to where the price was listed, he didn't bother, abruptly stating he "couldn't change the price", and said it very nastily! Not once did he apologize. I know I should've received the advertised price, I had to file a complaint because that is just not how you treat your customers! That guy needs a career change!
