Bad experience!
Went in to upgrade phone. After spending almost 2 hrs to upgrade to a bare bones call/text unit I ended up receiving an incorrect bill/problems with the rebate being denied/then received a bill and noticed my company discount wasn't applied to the bill. Prox 5 hours of trying to get this cleared up. Ofcourse when you call customer service 2 minutes are spent listening to a message in different languages asking how I want to pay my bill
