Hours may fluctuate
Had a great experience at this store my iphone locked up so I took it in there computers would not reset it..employee used his own personal laptop and got my phone up and going...don't know how he did it but I only lost my pics don't remember his name but awesome service we be back
I went in to ask a question about my new bought phone. The guy who was working there started laughing in my face about my question and didn't take me serious. That pissed me off and I'm never going there.
I went in to pay a bill. There were two people already being helped by two people working. There was another person working who just continued to walk around the store and refused to help me. Then when I finally got him to help. I told him I needed to pay a bill and he said ok and then asked me if I had ever paid in this store before. I said no and he told me it had to be cash AND there was an extra fee. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! How can you not pay a bill in a store!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HATE SPRINT. Nothing but problems!
