Poor customer service
Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. I just purchased the Samsung Galaxy S3, and was not informed that the price of this will drop from $199 to $99 when the S4 releases next month (a representative from Sprint had to inform me of this, after it was too late). The salesperson acted on his own behalf, and not the best interest of the customer by not informing me of the approaching price drop. Now I am out $100 that I could have potentially saved by waiting A FEW SHORT WEEKS. I did not need to purchase a new phone- my old one worked just fine. I simply wanted to upgrade. Florence Sprint on Mall Road will NEVER have my family's service again. Thank you for nothing!
