Great customer service

After a recent visit to the Eagan Sprint store to preorder an iPhone for myself & one for my grandson and to discuss changing plans, my family was extremely impressed with the service we received. There is a new manager & he knows what it takes to manage a business. Employees were professional & quick to help everyone that came in.

Poor customer service

Worst service I have ever had. If you value your device, do not go here. Store manager extremely rude, ignorant, and actually fabricates lies to protest himself. Staff all needs job training.
