This is the store to go to! The staff is great and fun! I never had an issue with this location! Everyone else is just complaining and not happy about anything! I really appreciate all the help they offered to me! Not even Sprint's customer service offered the options they gave me! Thank you for being an asset to Sprint!!!
This store is so easy to get in and out! The staff is very helpful and answers all my questions! This will be the only Sprint I go to from now on! I pay my bill with cash and do not mind the fee. It's easy and worth it!
I went into the store to pay my bill and was told I could only pay with cash. There is a sign on the door that shows they accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. I was also charged a $5.00 "convenience" fee for paying with cash. I really didn't think about it until I got home. I will be returning to the store to discuss this matter with the manager today. RIDICULOUS
I HAVE BEEN IN THIS STORE SEVERAL TIMES AND MR. KIRKPATRICK IS AWESOME!!!!! FOR THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I WENT INTO THE STOE TODAY SATURDAY 11/3 AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING WITH SEVERAL CUSTOMERS WAITING AND THE PHONE RINGING OFF THE HOOK. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE DIDNT SHOW UP SO HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING IN THE STORE! I FIND THIS SHOCKING SINCE THIS HAS ALSO HAPPENED ON ANOTHER TIME. WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND START SERVING THE CUSTOMERS WITH MORE THAN ONE EMPLOYEE!! I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO THE REGINAL MANAGER IS. MR. KIRKPATRICK WAS HELPFUL AND HANDLED THE STORE AS BEST HE COULD! FRUSTRATED AND NEED BETTER SERVICE PLEASE!!!!!!
