Sprint Chicago IL

SCHEDULED (key word there) a repair on the Sprint website for a specific time on Sunday 6/15/13 at this store. Walked in, only to find out that they don't have a repair person there on Sundays. Ok, mistakes happen. But guy at counter wasn't concerned that Sprint was inconveniencing customers, wouldn't even apologize, sat there with a smug look as if to say "too bad for you". Will never go back here, and neither should you.

Erica was very helpful. She explained everything about the phone I purchased.

Best customer service I've ever gotten from any store. Had issues with my phone unable to receive text and calls. Spoke with a representative over the phone and no help. Went to this store and staff named jayden was very helpful and knowledgable. To make a long story short..its tower problems..not my phone..she was able to get me compensation from sprint. If you want good service with staff who knows what they are talking about and will go through extra effort to keep you satisfied. Go here.

EXCELLENT customer service

We would always go to the Sprint store in Lincolnwood, and then I drove by this one and thought we would give it a try. This one is great,very helpful, knowledgeable and never too crowded like other stores!
