I have had very good service at this Sprint Store. The service reps are very knowledgeable and customer driven. They take the time to understand and solve the problem.

wasted my time

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!! 5 hours they had my phone and apparently all they did nothing. I think they were too busy playing games on their phone. Now I have to go back again, waste more time and gas to go supervise the over-grown children that work there.
