service without help
I was in on Wednesday July 3rd in the morning. I went in for 2 reasons first buy a new phone and pay my bill. The sales lady was very unknowledgeable. She wasn't able to answer any questions I had about the phones. When it came to paying my bill she told me it was over 250.00 and I know my bill shouldn't be that amount. When I asked why it was so high all she could do was say she didn't know and wasn't willing to help me find out even though I was the only one in the store she kept using her phone and texting or web surfing while trying to help me supposedly figure out my bill and activate the new phone
