Total lacks appreciation for customers
Oct. 11, 2014 I ordered a Jr. Burrito because I didn't have much cash. I asked for bacon INSTEAD of sausage and they charged me an additional 60 cents. Why not inform the customer if this ridiculous charge and ask if I still want the item or change my order. It seems to me disrespect and lack of appreciation for customers to almost double the price for a BITE of bacon. My Sonic doesn't charge extra for the same substitution.
