general comment re pump and attendant
I went to this station after work nearby to fill up my tank. I put in my phone # to retrieve my Giant discount reward. The pump turned off about five times as I was trying to put in the gas. At no time did the attendant come out to assist. After I put in over $30 worth of gas and the receipt printed out I saw no discount. I went in to see the attendant who confirmed that I received no discount. I told him I put in my phone # for the discount, as I have done numerous times successful at other Shell stations. I also told him about how the pump was turning off and asked if that could have been the cause. He hardly spoke English and provided absolutely no solution nor did he even apologize or try to resolve the matter.
