Delivery - large appliances
Hope that you don't need it too bad because they simply don't care. Scheduled delivery for a fridge on Sat (paid extra for weekend delivery) Sat we receive an automated message that the delivery was rescheduled they will call to reschedule later. Called the 800 number (can't understand the operator) transfers me to the store, get voice mail. Leave detailed message, no return call. Go to on line chat and find that the reason the delivery needed to be rescheduled is because the store didn't process the delivery correctly. Their fault and they don't care. Another week with no fridge hopefully that won't get delayed.
