customer service - poor
return policy - unacceptable. with product and receipt in hand - the person in charge of the store should have authority to replace a product purchased within a 3 month timeframe that stops working. Will be sure to shop for products (hair dryers, flat irons, etc) at a store that will back up their products / replace them in a reasonable amount of time. I've never had to return a hair dryer before - unfortunately the first time with Sally's. I won't make that mistake again.
