defective boots
on march 6 2013 attempted to exchange defective boots ,,,,lady at returns desk instructed me to find replacement..after about 20 minutes of searching , was told there would be no exchange per manager due to fact of my treating new boots with mink oil which is common leather conditioner....rural king is 100% off my radar,,very poor customer satisfaction..my justin boots were 4 days old and looked like they had been thru hell..
