Best resteraunt in my book.

Saturday evening. Drink machine is out of service. Only drinks available water and sweet tea. Out of lemons. Place is generally dirty. Very disappointed

After waiting over 15 minutes for a milkshake I asked for my money back. Server was very rude but returned my money. Would not recommend this location.

Food is great but lack in customer service. The place is not very clean and the employees stand around a lot. The management there might as well not be there because I didn't even see one until I left and no-one was even listening to them

I just stopped by your restaurant to pick up lunch at the drive-thru. I ordered the Cobb salad and I have to say that although the toppings were fresh, the lettuce was old, limp and brown. A bad experience indeed. Not to mention that I am out $7.00.....

Love this zaxby's location! They are nice, personable and professional, have never gotten my orders wrong and most of all, have no problems with dogs. I go through the drive thru with 3 large dogs since it is near the dog park, some other places practically want to throw the food in the window when they see the dogs, not this one, they always ask about them and give a little treat. They are great and I love that I can get salads or kids meals and always good.

I placed my order at the drive in, so I did not see the rating until I reached the window. (86) This should be much better. Chic Filet is (96) And that is where I usually go. When the lady opened the window she did not say a word to me except blurt out the cost and did not smile at all. She looked very stressed and was almost rude as she handed me my lunch through the windows. She closed the window without saying a word. No thank you or get out of here or anything. I will not back for a long time. Why is your rating not an A?

Worst restaurant in Clemmons. Food is always stale. Owner could care less. Stay away!!

While I dislike the drive through and parking lot layout, I can easily over look that with my experience. The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious. This is my number one go to Zaxby's. I pretty much eat here at least twice a month and I eat take out only 4 times a month.

I went to the zaxbys on mt.zion in morrow and my total was $20.82... Well I didn't have my wallet with me and all I had was $20.62... The rude girls at the window let me pull off over 20 freaking cents!!! I was soooo mad!

This Zaxbys is absolutely rediculous. We sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. The past comments from 2011 about being slow are still accurate for 2013.

I walked into the restaurant, there was no one waiting in line, there was an employee stacking cups and after waiting for about 5 minutes she ask, oh you want to order. She looked at me twice before this and said just a minute. Next, I receive my food walk out the restaurant and go to the gas station next door only to realize only half my order was in the bag. I go back in the restaurant and they corrected that issue, I started to walk out again, looked in each box they gave me only to see that there was no celery. I notified the employee, and a gentlemen then said, I'm sorry let me get that for you. He hands my boxes to the cook, he loudly states, "we aint got no more celery", and the cook says again, wait give it here, "I watched him take celery off someone else plate and place in my boxes. To top this off, the so called manager was in the dining room, chatting with a customer from the time I walked in initially walked in to the time I walked out the second time. I would have completed a survey, but guess what the only receipt they gave me was the one they print when you're waiting for food, that has no information on it to complete the survey.
