Horrible place to shop , workers no nothing at all. Not a great experience

Wasn't dead set on committing today so from the on the sales associate didn't care. Discussed, she even reassured another associate helping me that "she had already tried" and pulled her off in conversation. Horrible service. Red headed woman with glasses In Hamilton place mall of Chattanooga.

I was in there today, there were 4 staff members and I was the only customer, it took a while for anyone to help me. Owner should take notice. Would not go back to this location.

Do not buy from zales. Diamonds easily fall out and they charge for ring sizing. I do not recommend this jewelry store

you'd think they would have more than one line--trying to confirm availability of a certain advertised piece, phone just rings busy, busy, busy,busy

I go to this mall often with my wife, and kids and I often pass by Zales to get some hints from my wife, but every time I pass by the store, the staff just looks so unprofessional. Usually the guys are sitting down in chairs staring into space, or you often hear them talking loudly. I wouldn’t usually buy from a place where people are unprofessional, especially if I’m spending a good amount, but my wife likes Zales. Another time I passed by, I was going to look for an anniversary gift for my wife, and before I could even get there and I’m not kidding I was by the center seating near the shoe store Aldo? And you can here two ladies that work their laughing and talking loudly. I was able to see that no one was in the store, and now you wonder why, but it was so bad that you could hear them near that shoe store. They weren’t even trying to hide it just talking and laughing loudly near the front desk, and it was going on for a while. It was a red headed girl and a short dark hair girl. I just couldn’t believe it, so I decided that I was tired for seeing how unprofessional this store was and decided to give Helzberg diamonds a chance since they were nearby. The staff there greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in. They were very professional, and the funny thing is while walking around that store you can still hear the girls from Zales laughing and talking loudly. Even the staff at Helzberg was looking over at Zales shaking their heads and commenting. I told the girls at Herzberg how my wife loves Zales but since that store seems unprofessional every time I pass by; I decided to give them a try. The girls thank me and said that’s Zales for ya, or at least that Zales, which also made me realize how their staff sees how unprofessional they are too. Well I walked out of Helzberg with a smile and an anniversary ring over $2,000.000. I will NEVER go back to Zales no matter how much my wife likes “Zales” but I’m sure she will love Helzberg Diamonds.

My husband and I recently purchased new wedding bands I was very satisfied with rings and price but very unsatisfied that I had to pay to have my resized is it my fault that you didn't have the ring in my size you had one ring to go by if that one didn't fit too bad. It was either pay 49.99 to have ring sized or 69.00 for limited warrenty. We bought our first ones at a chain store and they sized them for free.
