Horrible customer service the girl in the fitting rooms. July 21 2 pm asked me to go back into my room and get the number and bring it to her. Appalled...

I love shopping at winners and the staff are friendly.

I've been a customer of this winners location for years and have never had a reason to complain about the customer service. Staff is always knowledgable, polite and helpful which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Love the store. But I'm always surprised to see the manager's customer service skills. Quite abrupt and snotty, lacks professionalism.

Let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of Winners, but I just left the Sudbury location and have to say it was probably the worst store I have ever been to! The washrooms were disgusting, the shelves a complete disaster! I understand it is days after the holidays but dirty is not acceptable! Never again for me!

One of the most impressive stores is located on Lawrence and Bathurst. The selection is distinctive. We all know that "all stores have the same selecttions "is not true. This store has higher end options. Being a traveller and an avid shopper I am able to compare in an unbiased manner.

they have Children clothing and toys too, very lovely and colorful stuffs. i was carried away with the children department in Winners

I Love the female suit in display in winners home sense, they are all captivating, that will be my next shopping. high quality unisex suit in different sizes, i was amazed when i saw the amount on tag

Am really impress with d services rendered. the workers are all well organized, the prices was far beyond my imaginations. i ended up buying more than what i initially planned to buy, they have unique cheap things. will be going often from now on. all thanks to Winners & Homesense. you are truly the best.

Very, very rude staff, arrogant, no customer service skills, no people's skills. Customer satisfaction is probably not important to them. Ignorant cashiers. Would never step a foot there! They never have new staff coming in. Everything always looks the same and the store is merchandise free compared to other Winners stores. Wallets are the same for the last 6 months. 0 rating for this store from me, my family and friends.

I bought 60$ Jessica Simpson brand jeans, I wore them twice and had them rip the size of my fist because of the horrible quality. Lesson learned.

This store in Chilliwack is not the same like other Winners, poor service, poor management...

I love this branch, can't help popping in at least once a week...love the friendly staff, they always greet me warmly...I rely on this store for everything including the latest styles, bedding , costumes, gifts, pet supplies- it has it all!

I called to find out if they had an item and before i could say okay than you after she told me that they didn't have any she hanged up in my ear . She's like " no we dont have any" and hanged up. Didn't even bother to wait to see if i was gonna ask another question . Customer service is so badddd. When i go in there it's hard to find someone that is genuinely wanting to help you out .

I was in Winners, Kelowna, today and was very disappointed. Products, clothing, were cheap, store was untidy and not appealing at all. I was in the West Kelowna store a few days ago. Much nicer products and more appealing store. Unless products and appearance improves, I will take my money elsewhere.

I had a wonderful time at this Winners, It's the only one that I've been to that is organized well by type of clothing and size. I have to say that I was in awe to see how nice this location was kept. It's definitely a place to go!!

Nice jewelry display, lots of handbags, good shoe selection, lots of grocery and a huge selection of coffee. Serious lack if larger sizes in all the clothes departments, piles of small sizes and a few medium but only a half dozen large ever on the racks. I think this might be a universal Winners problem. Clean change rooms, lots of lighting and mirrors and nice bathrooms. Good customer service and really fast cashier service, hardly ever more than four people in line.

I was there today around 9:30 am. They only had one cashier and she seemed like she was not in a good mood. She had a very bad attitude and she was talking like she owned the store. Very bad experience for starting my day.

Best place to shop for fashion, household items, gifts, etc. !!!!

As a loyal Winners shopper, I was happy to discover yet another Winners store that I have never been to before. This store is very large, clean, well-organized and the service at the front line was quick, efficient and friendly. Wish I could say all Winners/HomeSense stores were like this, but unfortunately, they are not. This store is worth a visit!

I do not wish to have anyone feel horrible about this but perhaps an extra employee could be used to keep the displays and product on the shelves in better order. I am quite put off especially when I have something specific in mind to purchase to find and have to deal with a mess! One ends up 'wading' through so much that is broken, damaged or not where one should find it I have actually left the store a few times feeling overwhelmed.

Best deal. Found some great sports shirts in mens. and my wife found some lamps she loves. People at cash were fantastic. you need to check this store out. Better choices than walmart.

I have worked retail for more than 20 years. Yet i find this company exciting in a world of hum drum retail stores. The Winners Home Sense is truly a winning combination for people who want to decorate their homes with unique and 1 of a kind items. The store stock changes on a daily basis. I am go there once a week to find some of the coolest things on the market today. The buyers of this company have great taste and an incredible eye! Keep up the good work.
