We have recently had the windows replaced on the first floor of our house. First of all the salesman, Evan Sakinis, was very knowledgeable and informative of the product. Explaining and answering every question and concern we had. We ordered and were told 3 to 4 weeks til arrival. Pleasantly surprised, we received a call 2 weeks later and had them installed. THe crew (Drew and Evan, sorry I don't remember the other guys names) showed up and installed the windows, cleaned up and did a wonderful job. They look great! In fact, I called up the next day and made an appointment for Evan to come back out and get the measurements for the rest of the house. Another 2 weeks and the same crew was back to do the job. They went above and beyond the call of duty for cleanup as we have two big dogs that shed A LOT. The whole upstairs was vacuumed! These guys are excellent and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for windows or whatever Window World sells. Thanks to all of you!
