Every time I go there all bad. if I order a small meal or a large order that consists of 4 to 5 items it always takes more than 10 minutes of wait time. One time I went for a drink and literally waited 6 to 7 mind for a drink. I mean ways going on...
It was awful... They forgot our poppers. Then tried to call when we got home and their phones were not working . Asked for extra mustard and sauerkraut. ... didn't get it ... very dry . The wait in line was ridiculous ( they did say they were short staffed ). The price for what we got ... not worth it! They don't have brats anymore either! Save your. $... stay home and cook them yourselves ...

Unless your black dont expect good service here..very racist and badly ran store and they can't get orders right I witnessed 3 different mess ups just while in the time of being there for maybe 20 minutes..it's not our fault they work there they need to be mad at themselves not the customers..will not be goin back there myself.
I always go to this location because they have the best service and the cleanest store in town, I love the employees and the managers there. Best fast food place in Bakersfield
I have gonne to the one on alisal st and I have to say the people there are very rude not only did the girl get smart with me but when I got to the window the girl that took my order was talkin to another girl about me or should I say the way I said my order. What kind of people do you have working there that have NO PEOPLE SKILLS, VERY RUDE, NO RESPECT WHAT SO EVER TO customers. Last time I go, I can take my money some were else!! You should tell your employees next time they talk about a customer they should close the window so that person wont hear them!!! Worst customer service EVER!!

I went last Monday night. The fries were soaked in grease, and the chilli was so salty. Defnot li Der used to be like!
Went in there tonight, was not acknowledged nor did anyone try to take my order. Two young female workers were too busy arguing about the work they had to do. Walked out and gave another business my hard earned money.
