"You may email your local store, but please remember that our team is working throughout the store (not at computers) and emails may not be answered immediately" This message reflects the poor customer service throughout th store.
I went shopping at the Glendale branch today, 7/12/13--What a mistake! Every single employee I encountered needs to take a class on customer service! What happen to this store!
here is my story on whole foods and why i love this place.i was told that i would be sick for the rest of my life when all i needed to change my eating habits. i was in need to find better quality of food to eat but with fast food all around us, there was no way for me to change my lifestyle that was spining down out of control. thats when someone introduced me to whole foods. i admit it is a little pricey with some of the things, but can you put a price tag on your health? i cannot as i thought nothing about this as i went on a candida diet a few years ago.i will also admit i am am a young guy who came into reason that it does matter what you put into your body is what your body produces for you.
I live in Rancho Mirage CA and looking forward to the opening in 2014 in Palm Desert CA. But my very first trip last week to the store while I was in the LA area was ruined by a man working behind the bread counter with a bad attitude and my brother stated that Whole Foods Prided them self's on good happy employees ? But the store was GREAT!! Nancy
I visited this store looking for a specific product. I was very please to know they stopped selling it because of the way it was processed and harvested. I feel it was an awesome thing. In this day and age where people seemed to after the almighty dollar instead of customer health. And more concerned about the state and well being of our Mother Earth. Thank you for your integrity. I will continue to shop there and tell family and friends
I shop at Whole Foods in San Mateo quite frequently. The service is usually good except your sandwich department. It is 'hit and miss', but lately mostly 'miss'. Today I requested via the written form a tuna sandwich on sourdough bread with lettuce tomato & very light mustard. What I got was almost no tuna an old bread I did not recognize a ton of lettuce and no tomato as well as no mustard but of course a ton of mayonnaise. The last time I returned the sandwich and was given a very difficult time and I would up with no sandwich and no credit. This time I just tossed the $10+ sandwich. For the prices Whole Foods charges, they should at least have staff who can read English and prepare a sandwich according to the request of the customer. Therefore if there was anything lower than one star I would give it.
