Only the drive thru is open and we've been in line for 30 minutes & haven't gotten our food yet. Why so slow? What a joke!!

have been there with three friends 2014-12-30 2pm. never ate worse fast food in my life before! think i have to be more procautious when trying new fast food restaurants in the future...

i came to your white castle and the food was cold & we spent 21 dollars. & then we made a call & the lady had us on hold for 10 minutes " we Ordered the # 1 combo & # 2 combo & we ordered three extra cheese burgers& Chicken rings. Is this the type of service we get for spending are money ?

First let's talk cheeseburgers, they are scrumptious! They have remained true to tradition, the way the burgers are prepared is still the same! Truly brings a smile to your face! They cannot be duplicated :)) Keep up the good work!!!!

Slow service, How long does it yake to cook such a small burger, The inside is nice and clean suprisingly. I do enjoy the chicken rings

2 cars in front of us...Waited. 33 minutes! WTH ARE Thry DOING?

Earlier today, 4/3/13 at about 1:30 a.m.I purchased 2 double cheese burgers and a cup of coffee that I ate and drank as I watched the news replay and read my magazine. About an hour later I was told that I would have to leave because I was lottering. Not wanting any hassles I drank the rest of my coffee down and left. Is there a time limit to finish a meal and drink coffe at that White Castle?
