Review for: Whispering Oaks in Ojai, CA
Living in a refugee admisphere.
Whispering Oaks is not what is was originally build for. This complex was originally built for Seniors. Now it house's, a mixed with the elderly, disabled, and many mentally ILL.
The handicapped units are not up to code, new patio doors installed a couple of years back do not have wheelchair access. kitchen stoves are stuck in the corner next to the wall.
Residents are afraid if they complain about anything, they can be evicted. PASS THIS UP, ONLY AS A LAST RESORT FOR THE POOR.... how sad...
