Review for: West Elm in Paramus, NJ
poor delivery
Thought I loved this store but am so mad. Bought a couch, waited 10 days for delivery. Had issues with delivery times but got that sorted. Rearranged whole living room, was woke up at 7:30 to say they would be here at 8 that's fine. They show up to say by the way we don't have the cushion for the couch. No one called to tell me. Now I have to wait for another day for delivery or go to the store to see if they have one. The store is way out of my way. I refused it. I will just go to Bobs and buy a couch they have great delivery. Going back to bed.
