I go into the store with a large order for the office so there is no mistakes on a simple order from there menu. The 2 times I have gone there was always something missing from the order that was on the receipt. I can understand a little through drive through but when they are not busy, read through the receipt and mess up, I can't understand. Will not be going back to this location ever again!!! They should show the customer everything they put in the bag to make sure they get there order and that some at the office you brought the food for does not go hungry for the day.
Everytimed ive gone there last three times ive ordered 10 piece nugget and large fry, but each 3 times ive been given a 9 piece nugget, fire someone cuz they are being ass'
T he food is fine. It is very frustrating that the menu pricing is misleading. Combo meal number 1 is listed at 5.79. But when the order is taken, the customer is offered a choice of a medium or large. The regular size is not offered and the prices for the medium and large are not listed. The medium was was priced at 7.18. After complaint got the managerial given refund to make up the difference. All prices need to be listed.
I just went through the drive through and ordered a Pecan/Apple salad with Ranch dressing. I got back to the office to eat my lunch and discovered that there was Pomegranate Vinaigrette dressing and NO utensils. Not only that but they charge $2.09 for a large drink (must be made of gold). I now know why I never go to Wendy's to get lunch.
go there every morning for breakfast, but hear they are closing for breakfast due to not enough business. The problem with that is they DO NOT HAVE SIGNS that can be seen for Eiland and sr54 so everyone knows breakfast is served. Should also advertise free coffee with your breakfast for seniors. NO ONE KNOWS THAT.
I'm from out of town working in BR. I stay down the road in a hotel each time I come in to town. I went tonight around 11:15pm to get 4 grilled chicken to go wraps with NO type of sauce. All four had sauce on them! This happened last time I was in town and I just thought it was a mistake. This time I told them twice when I ordered, NO SAUCE, now I just think don't listen or care! Very POOR service! I won't be back!!!
We live in the area and this is the closest Wendy's by us. No matter what time of day or who serves us, drive thru or inside, they are ALWAYS rude and seem angry about having to do their job. What ever you do, don't ask a question about a meal item or heaven forbid you have a problem with your order, you will get looks, eye rolls and made to feel like you are annoying them. If you're in Deltona and want Wendy's go to a different location, obviously no one cares at this one.
My husband and I ordered lunch today at Wendy's drive thru. I ordered the Number 1 and asked for a frosty float instead of the usual soft drink. I expected the cashier to back out the price of the soda and add in the higher priced float. The cashier said she would have to ring it individually. Service was slow and while waiting at the window we could hear the staff commenting they had lost their place in the orders. There was some confusion about whether I was getting a milkshake. After receiving the order we drove two miles home to discover the food was barely lukewarm. While checking the ticket I discovered I had been charged the full price for the combo including a Coke which was not in the order plus the cost of a float. Cold food, slow, poor service and I was overcharged. Can't imagine I will ever return. Pretty sure this is not what Dave planned for his chain of restaurants"
They forgot food for us again! 5 trips there 2 times we got shorted. My father has been shorted here as we'll. I tried to call phone rang for 3 and a half minutes with no answer.
Good food, good service, good atmosphere, no problems.

Absolutely, the filthiest Wendy's that I have ever been in.Chairs and tables were dirty. Found one, out of several unoccupied tables, that was relatively clean. Behind the counter: help appeared to lack management and direction contributing to the chaos from the time you place the order, until it's placed upon your tray. However, staff was friendly, apologetic and aware of the problem. No beverage refills at this location. Hamburger wrapper was saturated with grease and bun was soggy. When it was addressed to the manager, she stated that the hamburgers are always served like that. Perhaps, she meant only at that particular location.
Do not go here. Went through tonight & the girl in drive through was texting , threw my debit card & food at me said a few comments & the manager was there and did nothing . I will be calling corporate.

Simply the worst experience EVER at a Wendy's Thursday night, 1/10. Meal for three, mine (#2)sat on the counter getting cold while another sandwich (ultimate chicken) was killed for the second time, arriving about 5 minutes later. The third sandwich (Baconater) was delivered to our table where we picked frozen french fries out of our order. They were obviously short staffed and the counter person must have looked at my receipt on my tray 15 times before the grill cook came out and he looked at it as well. There was no one else at the counter at 9:00 pm, so there was no pressure to get one order right. I suggest you train your staff before handing them the keys to the business.
We frequent this Wendy's on a weekly basis. It is convenient to our work location. We have always had great service and the staff is friendly and always smiling. We love the new remodel too. Today I got a chicken sandwich and fries. They were both hot and very tasty.
I am only giving one star because zero was not am option! The food was awful! The fries tasted like they hadn't changed the oil in months! Completely inedible!
Ordered a sour cream and chive potato. Got home just an empty potato. So I went back and asked for the right one. Get home again... no sour cream. I no its somthing simple but how do you mess that up twice...
The lobby was so dirty that we did not place our order. Keep your lobby clean.
Went to eat with the family on a Saturday. There was only 1 person in front of us and it took over 20 minutes just for that person to get done ordering. There was only one register open, what a waste of my time it was to stop in and try to order food. Could have went through the drive thru and ate quicker, there were a few people behind us in line, I had kids that needed to eat, but there was NO service. what kind of fast food establishments do we have around here??!!
I eat at this Wendys at least 2 to 3 times a week great people who work there EXCEPT one she is very rude I felt very uncomfortable like it was a bother for me to be there she took my order but when I got it my food was cold because before my order had sat for at least another 5 mins while she was talking about whatever it was that was more important...Her customer service skills are very poor ( Iam thinking she is some form of mangerment she wears glasses and has black hair) I know its strrssful to work in the resturant business But the customer is always first and this person does not put the customer first
The tables were dirty the people were rude and nasty I asked someone that worked there can they clean the table where me and my child was going to eat at the lady that work there said Iam not going to do it really rude I will never go back to Wendy's again
They have nice and fast service but, could be a little healthier by adding more fruit choices.
I went through the drive-thru on my lunch break and ordered a fully loaded baked potato. Upon arriving back to my job, I notice that i have a potato with a few chives and 1 piece of bacon on it. I then call and ask to speak to the manager (Nathan), when he tells me that I am a liar!! I then call back and ask him for corporate phone number when he again tells me I am a liar and hangs up on me!!! All over $3.53
This restaurant is my favorite Wendys. It is always busy, however, you get your food quickly. The employees are friendly, fast, accurate and actually seem to enjoy working there. The food is GR8 and always served with a smile.
My family and I will never go here again. Upon arriving at 8:30pm on 12-18-12 we found the dining room to be a filthy mess with food and garbage strewn all over the floor and tables.
Compounding matters was that the place was empty, except for the 3 employees taking a break in the dining room. Then there conversation starts to get loud. I mean ridiculously loud shouting across the dining room.
Well, my wife and I finally got to our breaking point when one employee shouted out to another returning to the kitchen," did you wash your hands?" The one in a blue shirt sitting next to him says "probably not" laughing aloud.
I don't know if she was the shift manager, but we did let them know that this was unacceptable and she apologized.
We are so disgusted that even my kids don't want to go there ever again(and they love Wendy's). This place used to be nice, but has gone downhill over the years.

The customer service sucks! The workers are rude. If you ask for condiments such as ketchup expect to get just one. If you ask for more they will argue with you that one pack is enough. I was even refused a refund. I ordered food and was told after I paid for it that some of the food I ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was refused. I will never go back. This place is a joke.
Needs a website to fill out applications but great food!
I almost always come to this Wendy's for some self indulgence after school or work but tonight I brought a number 1 combo home to find a cooked roach on top of my bun! At first I thought it was just burnt on the hamburger bun but I took a closer look and it had legs! Plus it was so big. I ammideiately called the store superviser for a refund. I dont know how they could miss a huge cockroach right on top of a hamburger bun! I won't be eating here anymore needless to say.
After waiting for service while the employee flirted and joked with two men who were not even placing an order. I left and went to Burger King. Fast food should be fast food!!!
everytime we stop on way home to get something to eat,,,,,,we never get what we ordered,,,,,,,,there is never any ketchup or straws, napkins, in bag. When your going down the highway and you look in bag for your stuff, we are not turning back to correct your wrong,,,,,,,the staff our very nice at ordering time but orders are always wrong. Love the food when right but I will no longer go to your place of business, l have complained before and nothing was done not even a response to my email. Thank you for your time
9 out of 10 times my husband and I go to this particular Wendy's they mess up our order. We typically use the drive-thru and they never let us finish what we are ordering before they blurt in with questions. I understand they need to be fast but it's frustrating...please give us a chance to place our order and LISTEN. My husband emailed a complaint this last time and whoever he contacted claimed there wasn't even a Wendy's in Interlochen! I mean REALLY? Unbelievable. Please get it together. Good food (when they get the order right)...terrible service!
