This is a smelly, filthy place; the nastiest Wendy's store I have ever been in
This has to be the worst Wendy's in all of Birmingham. I always get the wrong order, plus my wait in the drive thru is insane. This must be the Wendy's that hires the gifted. I will not be back!
My wife went to get us a simple meal, plain chicken sandwiches with fries and a lemonade. She came back with fully loaded sandwiches, no fries and sodas. These people have no clue what the heck their doing.
The food and staff are great but the building and interior need to be renovated. It is like walking into the late 80's.
Can't believe the chicken sandwich my daughter just brought me back from this Wendy's was like rubber had to have been sitting there for hours tried calling them no answer don't think I'll be back!!!!

How can you forget dressing for salads? then they want you to go all the way back and not compensate you for their mistake?? Corporate will be getting an earful!
Have been coming to this location for 8 years. Rude night people, don't pick up the phone, order made wrong just to get service time... don't go here!
They got rid of the GM who had been there forever and the service has gone down hill ever since. I used to frequent this location but now make it a point to go a little bit out of my way to get decent service. Shame on whoever is making the staffing decisions.
We were there 5 minutes before closed and they waited until 3 minutes to answer and then said they would not serve us because their computer said it was 10. Just horrible come on
Thier food is delicious, although the time it takes is a bit much but it gets faster everytime
I have decided that rather than gamble on getting my order correct or complete....I will simply go across the street and purchase a lottery ticket. I have a much better chance of success !!!! I guess since it is a monopoly in this area we are just stuck with it... for now... I gave it 3 out of 5 because that is just about the percentage of what we get correct in an order. The food is what we expect so long as we allow the cook to order for us.
the manger that is in charge runs a very freidly store. she also makes every one welcome. I hope the manger is there a long long time.
They are unable to handle lunch hour rush. Long lines and wait times for meal to be presented. Name was called twice to let me know complete meal was not ready and would be a few more minutes. Received part of the order and had to leave chicken sandwich behind because of time. No refund offered.
If you are in Durham this is the Wendy's you should go too. The team always has a good attitude.
I always come to this Wendy's! They always have great customer service and they are fast. This is the cleanest Wendy's that I have ever seen! I always have a wonderful experience here!
This location has never gotten an order right, the food always tastes either old or uncooked. Sometimes the service is good, but 80% of the time it isn't.
I visited this Wendy's Monday evening around 5:45 and the girl at drive thru greeted me with "how you doing" no other comments such as can I take your order then when I checked out she was very short with me and did not even tell me thank you. I felt bad for asking for ketchup. When you spend almost $20 on two meals and to be treated like that and they want $15 per hour...PLEASE
My husband is working near Sarnia for a few months and we decided to try the Wendy's here. Absolutely the best Strawberry Salad combination salad I ever ate. I could eat 2 in a row if I was still hungry enough. Too bad it is only a summer time treat for customers. The staff is just wonderful too and cannot do enough for us. We really enjoy going there and we go often as it is a good idea if you are dieting like I am.
So wednesday 9/3/2014 I went thru the drive thru to get a hamburger and took one bite to find a long hair in it. Still makes my stomach hurt. I got my money back two dollars email the district manager and to all of them its only worth getting my two dollars back. So I will write a nasty review about it. Because to me im sorry im in management and that not what I would of done. I will make sure alot of people know thats what you get in the hamburgers and never never never eat at a wendys ever again. Real gross. It dont even need one star but it wont let me move on.
just picked up a salad and a cup of chili. drove back to my place of business and the chili was only a quarter of the entire cup! Obviously someone was distracted and was not paying attention...or there was a hole in the bottom:)

Several times stop into restaurant and clearly give order to clerk. Clerk tells me exactly what I ordered and then when I get order it is wrong. No other Wendy's is so inconsistent in DC area that I have visited. People are nice but that does not speed up order at fast food restaurant
I purchased a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe without pickles 20 minutes ago at the store across from McDonald's on E. Hollis St., Nashua and when I began to eat it, it tasted like someone had poured a container of salt on it.......yuck.....disgusting!!!!!
Miserable, even by fast food standards. Register workers were casual and unprofessional. In our 5 minutes of standing in line they botched 3 orders, one from drive through. I worked at a Wendy's for 3 years. This job is not hard.
A typical combined Wendy's and Tim Hortons.
The only reason this store didn't get a five: If you ask for "No onion", there will still be onions on there. This has happened innumerable times. Other than that, Wendy's has about the highest-quality food out there and definitely the fastest window service.
The food is good, but the manager is really rude.
Have never been to any restaurant where the manager applauds bad customer service by its counter person and then responds to the customer that he will not take the customer' order. This store needs some real supervision. I guess this store's motto is that the customer is always wrong so send them away.
My family and I stopped at this particular store after a day at the lake expecting a great meal only to be told that it was 20min to closing and they were not putting more fries on "almost closing time" - obviously for 6 of us with full combos we would have taken quite a bit of fries but instead they let us walk out HUNGARY & VERY DISSAPOINTED - ended up at McDonalds (thank god for 24hr)

I purchased their new Asian salad.They didn't have the grilled chicken, the Asian dressing, and the salad tasted horrible. Every other visit to this Wendy's location, something is missing or wrong with the order. We will go no more.
No salad sauce, the front guy is not even helping, doesn't know, or even offer alternative. I love to try your new salads BUT....
The last two times ive eaten there ive been feeling really sick hours after I eat it. Wont b bk.

Ok people, you are handling food others will eat. Clean and clip your nails....it is gross to see dirty long fingernails on someone that is handling your food and handing you your next meal.........GROSS!
I think that it is rude of them to dangle your food bag out of the second drive thru window while you are finishing paying at the first window.

Twice in a row I've gone threw the drive threw and they have totally screwed up!! But because I live 20 minutes away I don't notice till I get home? Now I get to throw the food away again!! Does this mean I have to do what I do at mcdonalds and check it everytime?? Never had problems before last two months though totally different story!

I work three twelve hr shifts a week and I've been trying to swing by Wendy's to pick up something on my lunch brake due to it being the closest. I've gone there from 10:30pm at the earliest to 2am andthey have been closed every time! Their hrs are suppose to be from 10:30am to 12:00am. When are they open? When do they close?
I have enjoyed this Wendy's location in the past. The employees need to understand that when customers ask for no salt fries, that's what they expect to get. They are pushing out stale tasting food, when you do the drive thru. I have a problem with that, because i could have chosen any other restaurant to visit and spend my money. Wendy's you all have got to don better with the freshness and temperature of food.

This Wendys has only two speeds it's slow or slower. The setup in this store makes you wait at least 5-10 minutes to place an order if there is more than two people in front of you . I have walked out twice so has some of my friends and we went the two blocks north to Hardies I like your burgers better but can't stand around all day with their poor operation.
I try to see hours, I'm not find hours. What am I do right.
Seriously messed up my entire order and charged me more for the food I didbt even purchase.
Service is pretty slow and the employees seem to be nice, but it seems like they're only nice because they are forced to.

The service today was terrible at best. I ordered sandwiches and drinks requesting sandwich only and was charged for the combo. I specifically asked for no fries. They tried to serve me fries but the fries were out and they had to cook more. We ate our meal still no fries. I went back to the counter but there was a long waiting line. They were very confused and kept putting up incorrect orders. Two or three customers just left without ordering. We left without getting to the counter after a 15 minute wait in line. I never did get fries which I paid for. I was going to try to get it straightened out but it was taking too long so we left. I certainly hope you can fix this or you are going to lose a lot of business.
This please is soooooooooo stingy with their condements.It's very annoyign to ask for EXTRA ketchup or chili sauce and get a whole THREE. That's not extra. I guess management really controls the condements being dispensed. Makes this the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.

Upon purchasing one of their salads to my suprise when I got home the chicken was missing. I was also a little turned of by the service . The cashier appeared confused with my order.the drink machine was covered with stickyness from not being wiped down. The condaments stand was a mess. The ketchup containers were empty and the napkains empty too.
Its funny how I wrote a review last week about the GM waisting company money by sitting for hours in the dining room doing nothing. I will come back to Wendys every week just to see if he continues to waste the company's money. He's no better than someone taking money out of the register. In fact its worse I have watched him comp friends meals while he sits on his bottom and does nothing while the other employees are in the weeds. Very sad that the owner has no clue in what this poor excuse for a manager is doing.
I keep giving Wendy's chance after chance . Unfortunately I have to swear off this fast food as I never get a good burger there anymore . It was always my favourite for years , but for along time now they have been getting worse and it does not matter which one of the two we have left here in brantford that I go to ! The burgers are either over cooked or under a heat lamp for God knows how long , they are dry and taste not like a WENDY's burger . While I am at this you might as well know your fries ( like everyone else's ) are cold not crispy and most of all too salty , let me salt my own fries! That's all for now you probably won't here from me again , because I do not plan on eating Wendy's anymore ! TOO BAD!
I ordered two simple items. 10 piece meal and a kids chicken nugget meal. I got to the window and received just nuggets and milk instead of the juice, tea, and fries.i was told to wait in front. I pulled up and waited 15 minutes before googling the store number. I called the store and the woman who answered didn't seem to speak English and yelled to the staff. She then hung up, brought my fries out and asked me what my order was...is this a joke?
The cashier tired to keep My change to start off with, Then She messed up on the order so she went and gave some kind of discount cause She could not do a void, then the food was cold and tasted like freezer, messed up on the order, bad services will never go there again...
Special ordered the new chicken sandwich to be w/o the honey mustard sauce for a to go order. Waited 8 minutes for it to get the honey mustard on it anyway.
I would like two save enough money for school and for my future needs. I want two graduate form high school and go two college for psychology (BA or BS) & biology & business. i would love two work for wendys

Rude! No customer service. No sense of direction. Order a Jr bacon and get no bacon. They need training. Not a good location. They also have nasty attitudes.

I was very pleased with the food and customer service I receive when I go to this location.
I went there late monday night after 11pm and still found that my food was hot and the service was great the girl at the window had a smile and was still able to talk to me and handle the other cars behind me now that was great customer service
Iam a repeat customer at that store and always receive the most fast,courteous service everytime please,thank you and come again
The management is fantastic, I used a coupon to buy two chicken sandwiches early in the day when I was going to be sitting at Wendy's all day while my friend was working. A couple hours later, I went up to the desk to see if they could reheat the sandwich, and the manager, Tony, said not to worry about it- he make me a whole new sandwich. One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had.

This is the worst Wendy's location there is. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru, even with only 3 cars ahead of you. They NEVER get orders correct. I can't count how many times they have gotten my order wrong. They seem to give you the exact opposite of what you order on your burgers. Staff is not friendly whatsoever. Half the time when you pay/pick up your food, they don't say one word to you. They really need to review their staff...if you can't even get someone's order right, you might as well just be on welfare.

I don't normally go to fast food places but last night at 6 pm I did and the two girls at the drive through had incredible customer service I was very impressed with their patience and personality it's people like them that make make your business excel especially i did know what to order and they made me feel important Thank you to those girls One very happy customer
I found the wait for service at the drive through extremely slow. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for my order I would go to a fast food location:(. I can understand why some people have just driven away before getting their order
I went to the pickup window the young teen Jordan was so nice & polite to me i will be coming back.
Food was terrible. Meat was plastic like. kwasnt even staked straight. The fries were cold. The cashier didnt even know the menu. She was lookin up at it the whole time lookin for it. Even the pop tasted flat. I only posted a star because it says i half to.
I worked at wendys and got harassed and threatened by Sharon Johnson she called racial names and fired me cause of my skin color then all other white people hiring only blacks I also saw rats running around in the food area and got yelled at for saying something
This is the first Wendy's that I,ve been to that had such bad food. I've been there twice. The first time I had to take it back because it seemed like they had just taken it out of the freezer. I waited a week and just went back. Cold again. If you can't serve hot food get into another business.
And make it easier to complain. All this nonsense at the bottom is rediculas.
The store manager has no clue how to talk to customers. My food was gross. The last time I went to this Wendy's was when I ordered a pretzel bacon cheeseburger and the girl who grabbed it had so much dandruff that it fell into the sandwich!! AND she was a manager!! Gross. Went inside the Wendy's at The Galleria/hwy 31, Hoover AL & ordered and paid for two Asiago Clubs - one homestyle, one spicy. The cashier repeated the order while looking at the register. But we brought home two chicken sandwiches, no ranch, no bacon, and guess what? No Asiago! I tried to call the store...just so they could tell the cook to wake up back there (I wasn't going back..it was after 10 PM), but the phone# listed online is no good - doesn't even ring one time - just disconnects. So, no....not a great experience this evening at the Galleria Wendy's.

I think it was in the late 1970's that Wendy's had the best salad bar of all fast food restaurants. So much better than pre packaged salads. Please bring it back. The staff at our Wendy's try hard, but there is not enough variety.The Pretzel Bacon cheeseburger is the best burger Wendy's ever served. I was about to give up on Wendy's till that came out. Our restaurant needs redecorating. So drab.Please Improve breakfast-no powdered eggs ,please. Use imagination--this is Texas !

now and then my husband and I have been at Wendy's when we are on vacation in Fl. Today we brought 10 guest because we wanted them to see a typical american burger restaurant. It was the worst service I have got . First of all the lady who took our order rolled her eyes because our guests wanted to pay for themselves and not all together. She was rude and in a really bad mood all the way. When we were about to leave she came marching and ordered us to clean the tabel. I had not seen that two cups were standing on the tabel. It was such a bad experience and the service so low that I will never be back. Our guests are here i USA for the first time and what an expression that gave. This lady should have been fireded at once. DONT GO THERE.
440 wednesday afternoon 9/11/13 apparently there is someone new in your store. she is loud obnoxious and rude to both your employees and your customers . she seems to think alot about herself and has little regard for others or there feelings. Iam sorry to say but this woman is not helping your business maybe you should spend some time in the store and watch the way she treats people.
OMG!!!!! Please take time out to try the chicken and biscuit on the breakfast menu. I promise that you will fall in love instantly. In brief, it is a honey butter biscuit with a delicious piece of chicken breast that happens to be quite hearty.
Went to the drive thru at 9 pm. No one was at the window and look like most workers was outside. Get my order, no ketchup and my fries was old and taste like they were cooked in old oil. I tried calling to talk to the supervisor no answer. If this is a representation of Wendy's , I will never go to Wendy's again

When your people are working make sure they put a fork in the bag when someone orders a salad this is very frustrating and really gets me angry as i got a salad that i cannot eat because of know fork!!!!!!!!!
I do not understand why an Order at a fast food restaurant is incorrect, stale, or cold after 12am. When I order 2 meals and 1 hamburger for $28.00 and I can't get what I ordered, there is something wrong. It's not like they are swamped!!!!!! Please get your act together.
I stopped at this resturant at 7:07 AM, had to wait at the speaker for over 3 minutes before someone answered and then had to wait at the window for several minutes for my order (sausage biscuit) this has happened to me several times at this place, it says they open at 7AM, they should have food ready to go when they open.

Just left wendys around 7pm. Ordered two vanilla frosties with cone and one chocolate frosty in a cup. Cashier ,who was a female at 2nd window had our frosties just sitting there in the window.She took orders without even paying attention that i was waiting. She saw i was waiting and started laughing .She acted like she didnt even see me. I had to bang on the window to get her attention. She was very rude and this disturbed my wife and I. tHIS TOOK PLACE AT 7PM ON AUG 7 2013.
I love Wendys and I've been a regular customer of Wendys for a long time. I usually go and buy lunch for my team from there. This Garland location, however, has lazy workers that pick their nose instead of taking orders and blatantly lie to customers about the time it's going to take. I was told to wait 3 minutes for my order while 6 other customers with orders twice as large, got theirs and in addition to that it was incorrect. This wasn't even during rush hour. On top of that, they had gotten the order COMPLETELY wrong and when I demanded a refund the lady just said I'd have to wait in line again. Ridiculous. I used to love Wendys, but if this location's horrible service is evidence of where the company is going then it has lost my business.
This is not the first time I've had this problem @ this location. I ordered a bacon cheese burger jr. and received a cheese burger only. I called the manager right away and logged a complaint. This is all for now, I am getting tired of the poor service @ some of these places.
