My experience was awful. They don't know what they are doing and can't seem to do it right. I had to go back twice and it took a month just to put a button back on my jeans. Very very very unsatisfied and will never go back again.
Awesome service! I just started taking my things to Vogue Cleaners a couple of years ago. I was amazed that sometimes they would mend hems that were coming loose or buttons that were coming off at no charge, and I didn't even ask them to do it. I have always been pleased with the results and the staff is always super friendly, plus they almost always send me a monthly coupon for 20-30% off my dry cleaning. This is the way customer service should be!
