Went into the store, was going to buy a phone and plan. Canceled before leaving the store. Then received a bill for 3 months. Called Virgin. They told me to go back to the store. I did that. The Manager and the Clerk said they would cancel the charges. They DID NOT? Now Virgin sent the charges to a COLLECTION AGENCY? Horrible Experience.

Went in this shop to upgrade my Daughters phone 19 July 2014.Must just say that Jack who served us was just outstanding! Product knowledge was brilliant nothing to much trouble,was a credit to Virgin.If only all employees were like him.Hope Virgin read this and give him a pay rise!

Having gone to some trouble to find this store (and paying for parking) I find that it doesn't exist. the nearest Virgin shop is in Reading

Absolutely amazing service from the Staff at this store and AMAZINGLY horrid customer care from the telephone people. I would highly recomend dealing with this store both the manager and Felicity were wonderful.. trying to help us out!
