No idea who the new manager is with the red hair but she's clueless.

The ladies were top notch. They helped find what we were looking for as well as offered an exchange on a bra that did not fit correctly. So nice to have help.

Very upset when I was told when i went to the store that they were having free lotion for the#first 50 people for the valentine shopping event. Rude. I will not be shopping there at that store anymore. The girls who work there all have attitudes.

its a nice store but little help

I just went to this store to get a bathing suit and the girl working made me feel completely embarrassed about my chest size and was rude and laughing at me. I suggest never going to this store the girls are very mean.

My daughter and I were in the store yesterday to buy 4 bras. We knew which ones we wanted but couldn't find them. Several employees were chatting with other employees...they looked at us but never offered to help us. We walked out!

My youngest has a hard time finding bras that fit. She's 34DDD. VS has her "covered" with the right fit and gorgeous styles to boot.

Went to Southpoint 2/26/13 and the store was boarded up, no sign nothing. But mall maps still showed the store as well as one of the carts in the Belk wing, VS bags on the cart and directions to the store. Very disappointing.
