this is a response to "worst Verizon store ever" aAnyone who has ever bought ANYTHING from ANYWHERE knows that your return needs the original packaging. If you buy a Bluetooth from Target and take it back the next day, they wouldn't honor your return either. NOONE WOULD. I've shopped in this location over 15+ years now and have dealt with LEE AND ERIC multiple times. They were and continue to be A DELIGHT. This man just seems to have an attitude over standard procedures. They've bent over backwards at that location for my family and I, plenty of times. We highly recommend this store and everyone who works in it.
The employees at this store are scan artists, they don't care about your problems, they only care about making commission and selling mobile broad bands and home phone connects go try and buy an I phone I guarantee they try talking you out of it because they don't make any commission off of apple products
This store is so unprofessional. They have three workers there that are rude from the time you step in the door. I Love Verizon but the customer support of these employees need a little work. When a customer comes in, greet them with a smile and TRY to help and don't act like you hate your job and bite the customers head off. I work in Customer Service and know I would be fired if I acted this way. Verizon open your eyes to this store to help you not lose business!

It all depends on who helps you. We have been to this store several times, and have had great service and poor service. It just depends on who is working that day.
BEWARE - This is NOT a Verizon corporate store. Son's phone broke so I gave him a phone I had but do not use any more and sent him to the "Verizon store on Santiam Hwy in Lebanon) they told him they would charge $20 to move over his contact info (this is a free service at ANY Verizon Corporate Store) I called Verizon customer service and they agree that there should be no charge and called the store themselves to straighten the issue out. Even they were met with debate and were ultimately told that they would only make the transfer for $20.
It seems that the only response that will impact greedy store practices such as this is to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM and they will go out of business soon enough
I received terrible srvice from this Verizon store. Manager was abusive and loud. Told me Verizon Wireless could not tell him how to run his store. Verizon has lost a good long term customer. This has to be the worst customer service ever. Don't buy Verizon. Never received a call back from headquaters who primised to look into this matter. VERIZON SUCKS

Arrange Advance IPhone Classes
Lost my phone and needed something quick as I was headed out for the weekend. They provided me a loaner phone until I decided what I wanted or in case I ended up finding my phone.
Could not have been nicer or more understanding, set me up in about 15 minutes, and told me to call if I had any issues.
Customer service at this sight is awful. They neglected to put the insurance on my acct and now its to late for me to get it and basically calling me a liar that pays them more to put the insurance on acct so don't believe they would just forget I've been with them for years always carried insurance. Very rude and horrible customer service at Vinton location.
Every time I go into this store the workers are either talking or playing with the electronics...no one ask to help you or when you ask for help they disperse like roaches when the lights come on.

The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable about all the phones, service plans, and options that best suit each persons use and interest. They take the time you need, offer education classes and are very professional. Their willingness to help you out, give honest answers and listen is the key to success for consumers, I highly recommend this store.

John T has been horrible to deal with. I had service for 2 weeks and cancelled. Verizon sent me a bill for $1300. 6 months later I am still calling this location to send in "credits". I have no idea what that means but corporate Verizon does not want to help since I dealt with this fools. RUN and go to a real Verizon store.
Do not go here, they sell Verizon but they don't back the products and Verizon backs them and their decisions. I'm stuck with a defective phone thats only 2 days old
The individuals that work at this store are about as unfriendly as can be. If you're not in there to up their sales...don't bother going. Have a question or need some help about the current phone you use? Don't go here. Complete waste of time.
Just finished getting my iPhone 5 from this place. Horrible experience. If I knew they were a"premium retailer" rather than a verizon store, I never would have went. Customer service is severely lacking. I, the customer, who spent close to 500 dollars was meant to feel like an idiot and annoyance to the customer service "specialist" who would rather eat a bag of chips on the showroom floor than help to sync my phones. I have contacted verizon, filed complaints, reported to bbb and am know going to social media. Maybe next time, they should work a little harder- or should I say- work at all.

A young man fixed my inoperable phone in 10 minutes and was nice about it. This store is way better than the other one in Gahanna.
Store manager waited on me- An older man who tried to fix my cell phone and made it inoperable- He then stated that he would be happy to sell me a new phone even though it was only 6 months old and I had bought it there- I will never go back- Subsequently, I went to the Verizon store on Hamilton Rd. in Gahanna and a young man there was a rock star. He fixed my phone in 10 minutes without the rude attitude.
Friendly. Nice service person very helpful. She has a good working demeanor and is very knowledgeable with the cell phones as well as the Verizon plans currently available. Sarah is first class!

There is plenty of parking right out front, and no waiting. If you need a quick purchase, or have questions or need assistance, you don't have to sign in and wait to be called. Just walk up to the counter and consult a nice and knowledgeable staff member. It is a completely different experience from the other busy stores. They do not have the large selection, but often that is not necessary. I always go there first, and if they don't have what I need I reluctantly go to the other locations and wait, and wait, and wait.....
Do not use this location. They advertise as a Company store but they are not. They do not have all of the phones that Verizon offers. They give horrendous customer service and will lie to you to get out of having to do something out of the ordinary to help a customer. They are rude and give off an air of not coaring for customers at all
Stopped in to get free upgrade IPhone asked how much out of pocket this going to cost? The girl started @ $150.00 then said that she spoke to soon it would be around $170.00 THEN stated lets just say $200.00. At that time I walked out went to Hanford store next to home depo. walked out with phone car charger and screen protector and case and data upgrade for less then $150.00. Just go to Hanford store.
This is a private owned store not in association with corporate. I give them no stars and i will never go back again.I had my iphone a day and just purchased 100$ life proof case and my screen cracked. The manger couldn't help me cause I didn't buy their premium insurance. They were unhelpful rude and horrible customer service. I called Verizon and they were more than helpful... I bought a jet-pack,I asked if i could get it with my 2gig per month deal,They said yes.I reserved a 150.00 bill from Verizon.I called to ask why my bill was high,and they told me you can't get it with 2gigs.I has to be a 5gig.So i cancelled the contract before my 30 days. I brought the jet-pack back to the superior store and of course they are very nice,just don't expect a refund from them. I paid Verizon the fees they charged for the service that i never used, and expected a refund from the jet pack return.I have never seen the refund to this day.This all took place in march of 2013.It's now July 2013.This Verizon mistake cost me 280.00.They couldn't even bend for the 150.00. This is a greedy tricky company. Avoid like the plague.
There were 3 employees in the store when I arrived. One was busy with a customer. The other two sat behind their computers and left me waiting until the busy employee was FINALLY finished with the other customer. Ridiculous!
They messed up my account and then said they 'couldn't' fix it. Will not be returning.
I took my 14 yo daughter to this store to get some warranty help. Her display flickers and the phone freezes. This idiot tells her that her phone is junk and its too bad she can't trade it in for a different model. her phone is about a month old and she paid for it with own money
If possible, I would suggest driving to ANY other Verizon location. Employees are very rude.

This place sucks. I've been here two times and both times I've been screwed. First time I indicated "I don't want to upgrade if I lose my grandfathered unlimited data plan" and they screwed me. Last week, I upgraded a phone on my family plan and they failed to notify me that there's a $30 "upgrade fee" that I just found out I've been charged.
Bottom line is that they suck. Don't go here. Go to the Verizon store in Henrietta or Webster.

Three different employees walked past me while I was looking around. Not one said a word or even acknowledged me. since they were waiting on other people, I understood they could not help me right then, but a smile and a word about being with me as soon as possible or sorry for the wait would have been nice. And no one who works there smiles. Or at least no one smiled the entire time I was there. They need customer service training.
This was the best Verizon store Ive been to. The rep was nice and helped me with all my issues, i even met the DISTRICT MANAGER during my visit Reggie Smith, very nice and customer savy. Its good to know i can come to a verizon store and leave with a smile

This place is horrible for service. They don't honor employee discounts, not helpful for problems or as a resource for warranty issues. They give Verizon a bad name. It says Verizon on the building but this place totally sucks!
I went into this Verizon store because I was having problems with my phone. They didn't even care about my problems, they didn't want to look at the phone. These guys at this Verizon store in Maineville are absolutely terrible. The customer service is a nightmare because all they want you to do is spend a lot of money. I would absolutely not recommend going into this store. Go into the one that's down the street in South Lebanon where they are very helpful.
The service rep Seth was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all my questions. Very smart young fellow and got me into the perfect phone plan.
I waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me to take my iphone to the Apple store because of a software glitch even though I purchased it at that Verizon store. However after waiting so long I no longer had any time left to do so. It would be much more respectful to customers to figure out if you can help them or not before wasting nearly an hour of their time when they could have been having the issue fixed by people who know the product they're selling. The girl attending the front door and going in between customers and "reps" was the most helpful person there.
If you're in the Waynesville area and you want to be put into a bad mood, I recommend the Verizon office on Russ Ave. Rude, abusive, unhelpful - they've got it all! But hey, they don't care, they don't have to, they're the phone company!

I needed help on my phone twice. The employee Leah was fantastic. Even whilehelping me out she took great care of customers that came in. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and help full the whole time while helping me.
Stopped in last night and there was one person working with another customer. I was pretty much told that she was busy and to come back later. I won't.
They do not have any of the top phones in stock. And their customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and search on the Verizon website for a real location. If there's an extra drive, it's well worth saving yourself the wasted time at this place.
These people have no idea what they're talking about. After buying a phone and contract, the bill was completely different. Conflict mgmt was absolutely furious and so was I. The store employees absolutely screwed everything up and now I'm paying $20 more per month than I expected and not getting the service I was promised.

The 11511 park side Drive store is the only corporate store in Knoxville. Beware of the rest!! This store is very helpful and friendly. I love it. The manager will there is top notch.. He cares about the customers.

I went to this store to purchase a new iPhone 5. Beware! This store will charge you $20 for an in-store purchase and the sales rep does not disclose this fact. This fee is disclosed on your receipt under a line item that does not describe the fee either. You are better off buying a new phone through Verizon online or going directly to an Apple store. Verizon is already charging $30 for an upgrade fee. Save yourself the money from this hidden fee crazed industry.
I went into the store expecting to be given a ticket and wait in line, but I was greeted by the two store owners and given a grand tour of the phones. Walked out with a galaxy nexus. I am loving this phone.
Bought new phone service to complement an existing line. Was pleased until I got the first bill. I found out that one of the Customer service reps who will remain nameless had set me up for the much costlier minimum pay plan when in fact it was supposed to be coverall devices plan. Needless to say the first bill was twice what I was expecting. When I pointed out their error, they were rude, and they said they didn't know what my problem was, and that they had refunded a measly 1/6th of the bill and without saying goodbye hung up the phone.
Ordered a new phone, was told it would arrive in a few days. I returned a few days later and they said it would be another week. No curtsy call. Found the same phone for $100 less somewhere else and asked to cancel the order. Was told it would take 4 weeks and its been 2 months still no refund.
I was lied to about purchasing a 5th device. Was told this automatically qualifies me for a business discount, so my 5th device (a jetpack) wouldn't cost more per month. I was told very clearly that the 20 % business discount - that I AUTOMATICALLY qualified for - would make the $20/month jetpack usage cost a wash. I gave my ss # to an employee who entered it into her computer, and told me it "went through". Two months later I'm stuck with a higher bill and NO DISCOUNT. Verizon direct can't help fix this, the "premium retailers" are apparently able to act on their own and lie right in your face.

My husband just bought his first Smart phone. We went to Verizon in Chisago. Travis was our sales person. He was so patient and helpful. He was new to Verizon but still able to help us with many questions.
Purchased my new phone today at Verizon Wirelss next to whole foods. AMAZING customer service.
Came in today to ask about some high ovarages on my plan and ended up purchasing a new device that fits my needs and also saving money on my monthly plan. After talking to reps they explained the better options that I do. Great day at this location

I have never gone into a Verizon store and been the only customer there, so this was a treat. The guys were patient and very helpful as I am not too phone savy. I hoping for good results as I left with my phone and tech support is suppose to call later when my phone if fully charged to reset.
This store is a great place to buy office supplies, as it is an Office Depot. This is NOT a Verizon store, does not have Verizon phones, you cannot pay your Verizon bill, and they don't have access to Verizon accounts.
I purchased a $100.00 blue tooth device and used it for one day. I tried to take it back and they would not take it back because I did not have the box!!!!! They were going to charge me for a box!!!! Now I am stuck with this piece of crap blue tooth that does not work.

Been with verizon over ten years. Bought a new phone with 2 years contract. After 2 weeks, the charger stopped working, went to the store to exchange it and they tried to charge me $40 for a new charger. The guys were absolut JERKS. I Ended up spending 1H30 at the store, calling the cops, calling the regional manager and being in tears the whole time. Worst experience EVER!!!
Wolf Camera stopped providing Verizon products by 2010. There are no Verizon products or services at this address.
This telephone number does not ring when dialed. 2 days ago I went into this store looking for a cell phone plan. 2 sales guys at desks twiddling thumbs or otherwise engaged. NOBODY asked if I could use some help or offered to be "right with me". I was/am less than impressed.
These people know NOTHING. You will wait FOREVER just to have them lose all your contacts, pictures, etc. If you are switching to a new phone, go somewhere else. If you actually need to talk to someone that knows anything about phones, go elsewhere. They have few personnel trying to wait on numerous people (most of them irate) and they apparently have no training. Well worth the drive to go elsewhere.
The only Verizon store in SETx that care about their clients AND do something to fix an issue is Silsbee Verizon on Hwy 96. Ask for Johnathan, he'll help you when Beaumont and Lumberton won't or can't. Worth the drive to get answers and problems solved. No attitude here, just pure resolutions. I will not go anywhere else. :)
Take the time to go to the store on Stratford Road. This isn't a "real" Verizon store. Free upgrades aren't free here. If there's an issue with your phone (SIM card for example), they can't give you a replacement.
They are extremely helpful and kind. Never a wait. Well kept secret.
So I called in to upgrade to a box that would record shows and I was told it was in stock at this location. When I got there the guy told me they don't have boxes and that they've never carried them. He then said "it is my department so I would know" why do you work in a department that doesn't have the actual item? Waste of my time and gas. Thanks

This is not a corporate store, it is an authorized dealer. I didn't realize that when I went in for an upgrade and i am so sorry I did. The salesman somehow messed it up and they are now charging me for a phone number that I don't even have. I called Verizon and they told me I needed to have the store fix it. Well, I am getting the runaround at the store. Everytime I call I get someone else and have to tell my story over again. No one can figure out how to straighten out my account. It is an awful mess. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 5 years. I went in this store twice in the last three months and my plan has changed both times without my authorization (costing me anywhere from $40-$80 more per month). When confronted, there was no apology offered and I am continuously told there is a "glitch" in the system. I was lucky enough to be helped by the very rude, young guy who seemed more concerned with playing on his cell phone than helping customers. I can't wait until my contract with Verizon is up in a couple months so I can end this torture!

I just wanted to say that today was an amazing experience at the bremerton location . I always dreaded going to Verizon in Silverdale because of the long lines And slow service. I enjoyed working with Jesse and loved how the other employees were also helping so that we got the best deal! Thank you for a great experience!
Do not go to this store. They advised me when we purchased our phones that there was 125.00 deposit. It was actually 125 per line. He ran my credit for 125 to get me out the door and then went back the next day and ran my credit card again. When I called Verizon customer service they told me they could not help me because this was a indpendent store. When I asked how was I to know this was not their store since the building says Verizon they said you wouldn't know.
Do not ever buy Comcast services from a Verizon salesperson. Combine the shitty service of Verizon and the shitty service of Comcast and you will have a nightmare that never ends.
I gave them my xbox over a week and a half ago to get it repaired. They said it would take a day or two tops. I went in a week later because they never called me to tell me it was done and they said they were just now about to start on it. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from them.

I usually go to corporate locations thinking maybe the service there is faster and better than the retail locations. I could have never been more incorrect. The staff treated me like family they helped me solve ever issue. I could not believr how in depth the young man went looking into my account to find any way for me to save. I am a repeat customer at this location. When I go there I know im going to leave happy. This was an amamzing experience the service and warmth I feel with the reps makes me only regret not going there prior.
I would put no stars if I could. I am a customer directed to him by the customer service rep on the phone , i asked a question andbhe walked away and yelled no! Then he hid in the back of the store. Rude rude and more rude! The employees take advantage of senior citizens try to sell them a wifi when they state a free one or a text. Non internet one. Then charge- restock fee when they go home and their kids tell them they don't need Internet.
I go to Verizon a lot, but I stopped going to this store after the way they treated me. The guy helping me (honestly I can't say he actually helped me because I walked out) at the desk literally argued with me about my return. It was beyond unprofessional and his boss was next to him! If you have to go here then ok, but if you're close to another location, go there!
