This store has the absolute worst customer service. Do not go there. The employees are rude and incompetent.

I have been looking for 30 minutes for a phone # to call to speak to someone about my account and a phone # NEVER appears. I would not call this customer service. This is customer disservice at its worse!!!

Don't expect for them to do anything other than activate a phone... They can barely do that! The store manager is a joke and even said to me "I just work here." Beware!!!! It is definitely worth the drive to a different location!

There is absolutely no customer service at this store. Customers are ignored and employees stand around and bs with each other.

We needed some changes to our Verizon account and a new phone quickly due to unplanned events and the staff at Verizon at Windward were outstanding in every detail. We thank them very much!!

This store is a third party store, it is NOT owned and operated by Verizon, because like Verizon said, if it was they could help with my issues!!!!! This store mislead me, I went in for a wireless issue, the first thing I said was that I didn't want my plan to change, which at the time I had unlimited wi-fi. He say's oh no problem and then preceded to say hey I can save you money, my reply was I wanted the unlimited plan no matter what, I've had that plan for like 8yrs. Well I didn't read the new agreement because my $79.00 unlimited turned into over $500.00 because he lied and changed my plan. I would advise anyone to drive fifteen more minutes down 1960 and go to a Verizon owed store, or if our if prefer to be misled do business at this store!!!!!!!

i have just leased 2 galaxy 5 and ordered a note 4. i turned in 5 lasted phones already paid for. the owner had no otter box's in black, he was going to give me a free otter box for the 2 phones i turned in over the 2 galaxy 4. he promised to have it in 2 days later. when i had my wife go they gave her the cheapest case i think they make, this has been going on for 2 weeks now. i know i will never get the case i was promised so i am returning the galaxy 4 and getting my 2 old phones back. i check with an other store and they have the case i wanted. i have been with verison for over 10 years and this is the first time at the store. i highly recommend not to do any business with this store. they are shaddy and are only there to make a buck. you have been worn.

Very nice and professional employees at this location . Walked in with a problem with my phone and within 10 min I was walking back out with the problem resolved and satisfied with the professional employee that handled my problem

They even put my screensaver on for me - and thats WAAAAY more customer service than I would've gotten from the 'Corporate Store' near Southcenter. I'm glad to have a local Verizon store - rather than forced to go to the mall for everything. Will give them my business again. Thanks Fellas!!

Is there any reason your company can clean up its property especially on Hamilton? Dead birds and parts stay on sidewalk forever as well as trash. Your garden is the ugliest is the city. Why not just convert to parking area and get your trucks off the street? You did some of the sidewalk over but part closer to building needs work. Please take away the birds cause it poses a health hazard!

This is not a true Verizon store affiliated with corporate Verizon. they sell accessories that are imitation and not authentic or under warranty by Verizon, therefore if you buy a phone charger you are paying top price and its a knock off from China.

No longer working Number

This place is a rip off! Charge way to much for their phones and their accessories. Accessories are out of this world outrageous in price! I had a 50 dollar credit towards a new phone that they tried to scam me out of / did not tell me about. Very dishonest people who work here and I have a feeling that it comes from the owners training / way of thinking. Be very, very cautious!! These people look very nice and helpful but the real story is they will stab you in the back any chance they get.

I bought my moms phone here and added it to my verizon account, but they wouldn't help me with my verizon phone unless i paid them $20 because I didn't buy it from them.

There is a factory store in Kallispell that will help you, and the customer service on the phone is very good. Too bad this store won't support local verizon customers without gouging them.

Went in to Snohomish Verizon and just was treated like a customer should be treated. Go see these guys, they are awesome. :)

Great customer service. Took their time to find out what phone fitted me the best. Felt no pressure and was a good overall experience. I will never go back to the corporate stores in town again.

My husband's phone stopped working, he went to this store because this is where he acquired his plan. They told him to contact the insurance company Asurion which is correct, but they wouldn't let him use a phone to file the claim. He had to go to Schlotzsky's next door, and use their business phone to file the claim.

This is not a real Verizon store. They trick you into thinking you are getting the but one get one free Samsung S5 that Verizon advertises, however when you look at the details you see you are spending $100 more. Do not purchase from this location.

These people are the best. They have the skill to solve any issue and take a special interest in helping their customers. When I come in the door, I feel valued.

Good location but for my wireless needs they are way to expensive! We (including two teenagers) are perfectly happy with our service with another company where I pay less than half of Verizon' s least expensive quote.

I will not go to another verizon inderect or not the best customer service ive had at a phone store and great on showing and explaining new software!

These people can not be bothered to assist customers. They are too busy reading their own emails and flirting with young girls.

They were falsely advertising, they have so many hidden fee's. They told me that if I did the 14 day trial for the jet pack that I could bring it back with no charge. When I took it back within a week because I don't like it the wanted to charge me a restocking fee.

Pitiful Service One of the worst

I have been going to this Verizon store since it opened and I don't want to ever go any where else. Sometimes you have to wait a while like 15-30 min for their attention but when it's your turn they stick w you and resolve your problem very helpful courteous service. Terrific!

It amazes me that when you call their phone at 7:30 am to find out their hours that they don't have a message. Go figure.

Don't go to this store. The people working have no idea what they are doing and they have limited inventory. It's a nightmare!

I went into this store very upset with Verizon and came out very happy. I was having problems with my billing and not only did they explain everything but they took the time to fix everything with the to explain everything to me. I will return for my new phone!

We got screwed out of over $250.00 in rebates for buying four phones. We were told that on one we would get another $100.00 rebate. Now they are saying it was on the wrong day. It was a day early. Obviously he does not know his job. Oh but we can get $50.00 now in accessories....that's the best they can do. LaGrande Verizon? You SUCK!!!!!!

It seems that as busy as this location is that they would employ more people. Unfriendly greeters and nowhere to sit while waiting. Probably so you have to browse their accessories. Then forced wait longer than the time you were quoted. For such a large corporate business they should have their act together a little better!

I will never go back to the Rt 250 store again! The staff at this store are so friendly. No waiting for an agent! Always look for a phone that is right for you. No pressure sales. A++++ service!

The female store manager is very rude. I bought my phone from this store. DO NOT BUY PHONE INSURANCE FROM ESECURITEL!!!!!!!!!!! This is what their store offers. Only get insurance through an actual verizon carrier.

We have been dealing with the staff at this location on Clairemont Ave for about 4 years now and find the customer service and knowledge base to be top notch!

Yesterday I stopped it to ask a few questions related to the HTC One smart phone. The sales person, Alan B, was so helpful I ended up making a purchase. He spent about an hour answering questions and showing me a number of features of the HTC. Contrary to some of the comments, I highly recommend this Verizon store and do ask for Alan.

Great customer service. Went in and got what I needed. The staff was very helpful. Only thing that was bad was the didn't have the phones in stock had to wait 5 days for phones to come in the mail.

Crappy product and the salesman was only out to make a buck on a new product. Should've known when he had already started getting a SIM card ready for a product I was LOOKING AT. taking this piece of crap product back tomorrow and talking to a manager/supervisor. I came here to see if they can help me with my phone after being suckered into buying another phone at another location....and the manager was amazing and awesome with his product knowledge. Priced a plantronics legend Bluetooth and they wanted 149.95 for the same headset Verizon would sell to me for 75.00 and the retail is 99.95 at any other retailer. They also do not carry the verizion car chargers and charge you the verizion branded price. Do Not shop here.I will drop verizion before I return to this place.

I was there to ask about a problem with my cell phone but no one didn't show any interest to help out, it felt like they didn't have a clue ... they were not busy at all! The manager was there but I guess he was on his day off; another employee acted like he had more experience but he wants extremely rude and arrogant. Customer service there sucks! I will not renew my contract with Verizon any more, I've been a customer for over 10 years ... they are getting worse and worse!!!

Please don't go to this store, nobody knows the whole process to get a new line of service or how to put a order online with Verizon,not even the manager. Better go to any corporate store near by.

Stores local number and website both give you the store hours and they are totally incorrect don't waste your time or gas to any of the Charlotte locations!!!! Single mom dragging their baby all over town to get help fixing my phone just a complete horrible waste battling traffic then not getting home for dinner till long after dark!!!

These are really smart guys who go out of their way to be helpful. They provide fantastic after-sale support as well.

The salesman Bill was very helpful, knowledable, and personable. He explained the phones, plans, options and accessories. Great sense of humor, and he really listened to my concers. I would go back there any time and recomend this store to everyone.
