I worked for the owners painting one of their hotels. One week before xmas they refused to pay me the last $800 that they owed me. They ruined xmas. Please boycott this station

The owner to this gas station is very rude. Highly recommend not even going there for anything. I know gas is cheap but do not give this owner the satisfaction. Very rude and Unprofessional.

They will short change you as often as possible. Check your reciepts on cc as well. They charge different than advertised.

one of the best Valero I've seen yet gas price is good for now the station is 24/7 they turned store into a food mart and is always clean, inside and outside coffee is great ,they serve chock full o' nuts coffee any size cup is $ 1.18 and now any size coffee is $ 0.50 on Monday and Tuesday WOW! no more 7/11 for me

At 7:30 pm Dec 23, the phone rang with no answer then rolled to the FAX machine. So my simple question didn't get answered.

Display one price on there sign and charge you a higher price at the pump. When asking the staff about it they are extremely rude and ignorant

I used this as my regular gas station for over two years. When I recently changed my name at the bank, my card was declined. I was able to pay with another card, but the attendent screamed at me to move my car. When I misunderstood and didn't move it to the correct place, he screamed at me again. When I told him that he didn't need to yell at me for me to move my car, he said that he "didn't care." I will never, ever go here again.

Sometimes the staff is pleasant and friendly -- at other times, especially the gray bearded gentleman behind the counter, there is an overt and deliberate display of derision that seems to communicate a scolding attitude (especially if one purchases an alcoholic beverage). As a "customer" it would be a welcome change to be greeted with a pleasant "Hello", upon entering, and a "Thank You" following an exchange. The gray bearded gentleman is either personally or culturally disinclined toward such gestures. This customer is often left with a sense of having been judged and discounted. It is my intention to no longer patronize the store - for either gas or other items.

Staff most unfriendly. Had children who needed to use the restroom , they were refused. Gas pumps would not give a receipt. Staff too lazy to refill paper tape?

The store employees are rude the store stinks like shit i saw someone pouring water in what looked to be a gas tank underground. they have been known to smoke meth outside during slow hours as well. how do I know? Bc i live so close i can watch.

They charged me for a tire that they never installed, and when I went to change my other tires at tires kingdom I was told the tire size was wrong too. And to my surprise tires kingdom offered me $40 less per tire...

I use a Valero gift card for gas and end up costing me .40 cents more per gallon, they treat your gift card as credit card I was told by the attendant of this store. Big time ripoff.

The clerks at this location are very grumpy and always have a attitude problem towards customer, they throw your change like nothing, and they jack up the prices way too much. I tried to buy my dog some food, usually is no more then $7 dollars at any other place, this guys tried to charge $9.24 for the small dog food back, they are a total rip off, I wouldn't be surprised if they mix the gas to make more money. Horrible service. Stay away from this guys, you might be having a good day but this guys make sure they ruin it for you.

This store gave me the single most horrible experience i have ever had. The Chinese lady who works nights has a severe attitude problem. We were told she is the night manager, district manager, actually she said they were private and had no district, and owner of the store.we were over charged and when asked why and said that amount was not right, and that is not what the sign said the price was. She threatened us, still was overcharging us, and basically threw us out for not being happy about it. I have never seen a store ran this way, never heard of one person being the sole manager, owner, not to mention the district manager, never treated this way, and will never be back. I hope you all get in trouble for the wrong you are doing to the customers at that location. If i was Valero, and you are privately owned, i would make you paint over the Valero logo's immediately. I do not recommend being a customer of this store.

The Indian guy that works there all the time is very rude this is my second time coming there and he has been rude both times, when I asked if you had to pay to use the ATM, he responded with "Duhhhh" I feel that as a worker that was rude so I am complaining.

This place is unsafe for women. There is so many homeless and they all ask for money. The prostitutes are opperating right there in the parking lot. The workers have very poor customer service. Women and children shouldn't stop here.

Pumps routinely do not shut off properly, causing gasoline spills--- and causing you to purchase several gallons of gasoline that ultimately end up all over the parking lot. This has happened to myself and my wife twice now. We will not go back.

Don't buy gas here there are very rude and don't put your gas caps on.

Don't use the microwave without asking the cashier first, or you'll be scolded like a child sneaking a cookie from the cookie jar. It doesn't matter that $55 in gas was purchased.

Proud to call this my home town gas station. Everyone who works there makes you feel like family. The gas is priced better than anyone around, and I make it just as far with it as I do with gas from BP or other places like that.

The cashiers display a tremendous amount of respect to me. I am a regular customer and always greet them with a smile to have one returned to me. Now i've witnessed customers approach the cashiers in an insulting and offensive manner and most times the cashiers don't respond back. Occasionally, they do but they have the right to defend themselves.

Overall good station but they have no idea what fresh pizza is. There pizza is good but they think that pizza that sits under those warming lights for hours is fresh pizza and will sale it. Look before you buy.

This was a nasty, dirty gas station. Everything was dirty from the front door to the gas pump. I had to walk around a guy begging for money before I could get in the door. You have to go in and pay with cash to get the lower price. The pumps were old A very depressing experience.

Purchased fuel in April from station that required my vehicle to have the injectors cleaned. Talked to store owner once but the owner would no longer return my call after agreeing to. Unethical ownership...don't buy fuel from them.

Purchased fuel at this Valero station on 4/27/13, drove 45 miles and my car wouldn't run any longer. Had to be towed with subsequent repair bill to my 2013, 4,000 new vehicle. Mechanic said the gasoline was contaminated clogging the fuel injectors.

Busy station, no car repair, NO Restrooms!

This 5th Street/Valero is selling Music CD's at their counter and they are selling them for CASH and do not issue a receipt. When you try to return them because they are poor quality and defective...they refuse and ask for a receipt. They need to be investigated.

Had to take my car to garage for maintenance due to the violent response and performance of our car's engine. The garage just called to ask where we purchased our gas. We told them the Valero at 16555 Huebner Rd. He said we were the 3rd car this morning to come in with a "BAD" gas problem. Three cars in one day???? What is Valero's response and their offer for compensation? Employees are wonderful, just the gas is defective.

I was on my motocycle in standish maine when I came upon Valero PIT STOP to gas up I used my credit card filled up parked my bike and went inside to use the restroom I was told they have no public restroon and they said to try the shop and save. I got on my motocycle and continued down the street to an Irving used the restroom and got some friendly sevice with food. I hope not all Valeros are the same cause I will not be stopping anytime soon.

Best fountain Dr Pepper in town if you go thru drive thru and get crushed ice. Very nice people also!

I used my card at pump# 6 on march 16th 2013 around 9:00pm for $20 dollars for gas and was charged $35 dollars! I just so happened to call my bank card in when I returned home because my receipt didn't come out on this particular night. I was told less than three hits later that it was to far back on the register for(him) to be able to see and that I would have to wait on a manager to come in.

love the pizza here. bought a piece at 3:20 on march 11 and the $2.50 didnt show up on the cash register read out. only a square asterisk looking thing was showing on the green register read out.

I used to love coming to this Valero because it was close to my house and the workers there were very nice. Well since last year one of the workers there is so rude and she is unprofessional. There has not been one time that I have gone in to buy something or purchase gas that she is forcing customers(Including myself) to donate money when they have told her no repeatedly. There was a time where she told a man "Ohh you can buy lottery ticket but you cannot donate money?" The gentleman got so upset that he just walked out. For those of you who have came across this worker (Which I am sure you have and probably know who I am talking about...she sometimes wears braids dark skinned, heavy set, and has a heavy accent) make sure you count your change. I never write on reviews but she got me so upset today and it was my fault that I did not count my change and I should have known better with the interactions that I have had with this imbecile. Good luck everyone and be AWARE!

This gas station has new owners which have horrible service. The candy and food items are always out of code which is a health code violation, they are always on the phone and stay on the line even when checking me out. They never have simple item like propane or ice. They also do not cash scratches when the winning were $12. They have told me they "don't need my buisness". Very dissapointed and will not return

I've always gotten the best price for anything my car needs here.Once I took my car to be checked for a problem to another place that gave me crazy stories about how much it would cost me to fix my car. When I took it to Valero's for a second opinion. it was something extremely minor and they didn't even charge me. This happened twice! so now I am convinced that they are not into ripping their Customers off. They are very old fashioned and courteous though so I would advise not to be on your phone while they are talking to you. They're big believers in old fashioned courtesy.

We are always buying newspapers from this store....As of this morning we are no long giving our money to these jerks! Alas the manager said we were buying too many?!...We are paying customers so why would it matter how many papers we are buy?!

spent an hour and a half driving from valero to valero in san angelo tx... every one closed out of business...

We travel a lot and I have never experienced such rude customer service - especially from a manager! We spent $130 in fuel for our rig and my 5 year old daughter had to use the restroom. We went in and there was a line almost out the door. They had two bathrooms and only would let the public use one while the other stated it was for women and handicapped but they put a handwritten note over sign saying it was for "Employees Only". Everybody was wondering why they couldn't make an exception and I nicely went to ask the cashier and she replied that no they couldn't...the other restroom was for employees only. Somebody said that it was wrong and said they should ask the manager. Well the manager happened to be in a sweatshirt right in front of us and rudely said,"I am the manager and we only have one restroom!" we asked if she could make an exception because of the long line and again she snapped with how technically she does not even have to provide or let us use the restroom. She even had the nerve to tell us we could leave and go to 76 down the road! It would not have been so bad if she (manager) had not had such a bad attitude! Yes, next time we'll take our business elsewhere!
