I shipped a package that I wanted overnighted to begin with on 8/30 but b/c of the location I was sending it to in Dilley TX my post office (shreveport,la) sugg. 2day shipping. I said ok. Well, my package (only insured for $50) has still not been delivered as of today 9/7& I called the cust. Serv. line& they said should be there today- 5days- which its not& the value inside was more than the measly fifty bucks. Then u cant file a claim or issue until 4 more bussiness days. what has our postal service come to these days? Also, status has said out for delivery since 9/4 & then on 9/4 also says delivery status not updated. They do not update so u can't even track ur package. It's ridiculous really.

It says my package was delivered yet I never got it. I'm very upset because it says it was delivered yesterday and I check to see but it's not there at all I checked address and it was right I want to know what happened to my package!

This post office has poor customer service. the counter clerk named "Rajdender" is full of attitude. He sits in the counter seat like a water buffalo and she is rude. She refused to take my mail for stupid reason. She went inside for 5 minutes and returned back with my package and said that I could not use the flat rate package and I had to pay according to the weight. I went to another location on Conoga and they accepted same thing with happy face. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

I too have been calling all moring and no one has answered. I called from 9:00 - 10:20 and no one will answer. This is ridiculous. What are they doing at the post office?

The its ashamed that in our minority neighborhoods we don't get the same polite and helpful services like let's say west hartford. It's a dam shame how I have to walk in the usps on Barbour st and see atm after hours and see people getting high.are the cameras not working and the the the customer service sucks

I have had items shipped through this post office in the past, they're always slow, now I've had 3 packages sitting there for 3 days, it's very irritating knowing that my property is in the hands of incompetent people. I know the first thing I'll be told is that they're on their way, that tells me they're not scanning their out bound packages very well. We call that postal community "iffys" or just plain "the black hole", you folks need to review your procedures and start earning your pay.

This is the worst post office in the history of the United States, I would like to get the Inspector General to address the competence and efficiency of this office. The service is appalling, it best to close this branch immediately. Staff members of all levels are openly being rude to customers. Delivery service is very low, poor and I am going seek a petition to seriously investigate the managerial staff of this agency.

Driver said my box was blocked:It was not.They put a ten day hold on my mail which i was unaware of.when i called to try and find out what was going on the supervisor was very rude and not helpful and even hung up on me.Good service! Dont think so!

If you're expecting a timely delivery, you'll have more luck sticky your nuts in a vice and pressing down with all your weight. Packages are never, EVER delivered to the door for one because the who does deliver is "afraid of the buildings" according to the manager. Notices also almost never show up, and at times the boxes the items come in look battered, as if someone took a bat to them prior to handing them to the recipient. When someone attempts to call for information, no one ever picks up. And even though the office has five total windows for service, only a maximum of two is ever used at a given time.

Oh, and lets not forget the ghetto trash who works there. They aren't polite or knowledgeable in their job.

On many occasions, I use the drive up mail box and on those same occasions, the box is full and anyone can reach in and pull out a handful of mail. I think we need a bigger box, another box, or have it emptied more often. What can you do to fix this problem??

The worker tried to charge me $4 for using a little bit of tape. This place also do not have a machine that print out receipts.

i'm trying to call this office again today 8-27-13 2:16pm ring ring ring. monday same thing but started earlier round 10:00am. My $300 online purchase was sent priority mail with delivery confirmation. The day it got to the P.O. I called them to see if I could pick it up...they said it was already delivered. There was nothing in my mail box...nothing at my doorstep. For the last 3 days, when I call, I get broken promises of tracking it down with a call back....

this post office is one of the worst in the US. they never answer the phone, customer service level is way below poor. they are rude and lazy, never polite. all they do is watching customers for stealing tape and envelopes. they should have some scotch tape available, but they put it away on purpose to make people buy the whole roll. no pens available, if you ask any clerk to borrow a pen they will tell you that you MUST bring yours..... Package was delivered to sort facility 85043 in Phoenix and was to be delivered to an address in Phoenix. Instead it's on it way to Yuma, AZ I tried to call the facility but the phone no. listed on the web site to alert them however, the phone is always busy. It appears they do this deliberately. This is the second time this has happened. Now my package will be delayed for days or lost.

The service is terrible never pick up the phone and when they arise are spoiled and hurt profecianal little one has that kind of people paying them part of your salary with our taxes and not give the opportunity to those who deserve trabarar if the public ..

Called the number listed 254-699-0868, and it was IGA, and the guy that answered the phone said IGA, and I asked was this the post office, and he said we don't have one anymore and hung up the phone, what kind of customer service is this, WOW...

The post office I'm suppose to use is on Bardin Rd. but their service is so poor I began using the Green Oaks office. I wish I could get my daily mail delivered from the Green Oaks post office.

Terrible customer service! I have been here dozens of times and it has never been a pleasant experience. The clerks are very rude. They have billed me incorrectly more than once and refused to refund my money after damaging my package right in front of me. Go out of your way and find another branch of the USPS!!

Don`t try calling the Viking Drive Post Office. They do not answer their calls, they just let them ring, and ring, t`ill you get so tired of ringing, that you hang-up. They feel they would be doing you a favor, if they were to pick the phone up and answer your call. They just don`t give a damn!

These are useless. why do we even need them. I tried getting my package since the 7th its the 13th today, really. Not only does it not show, but I'm not even left a notice or anything of that sort and the kicker is I was home all day, so not only do they not do there job but they lie to. They have the worst employees ever. The elderly gentleman that works there obviously does not want to be there. So rude, mumbles, and very very slow. How this man keeps his job is beyond me. Anyone who has been to this PO knows who I am referring to.

Had my mail put on hold and it disappeared. the bald guy working the window was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. The phone is placed off the hook so everytime you call you get a busy signal. as soon as i find my mail that has "disappeared", i will never go there again.

The Twin Oaks post office always leaves their phone off the hook. So do not waste,your time, as I did, trying to call over several days. I had a problem that could not be answered on the computer. I am handicapped and cannot drive to the post office. I have filed a complaint and suggest others do the same. We need phone access to our post office.

I dont know why mail is not getting delivered but it honestly is pissing me off!! I mean come.on when.the reg. I have several issues with our branch....lost mail, open mail, damaged mail, and packages along with mail delivered to the wrong address with no resolution or an ounce of compassion. The clerks are short-tempered, cold and rude. The general lack of caring and interest in actually doing the job well is evident the moment you walk in the door!!

It has been 1 1/2 weeks I suddenly stopped receiving my mail. I went to this post office already 2x and each time they're telling that they'll call me, which they never did. Are they going to be responsible for my bills I will not be able to pay in time?? This is a nightmare.

They wasn't really helpful. I don't understand how somebody can change your address and get your mail and the post office doesn't do nothing about it but change my address back. People should have to show proof of address before they can change their address

When I arranged to have our mail forwarded for 4 months over the summer, our local office did not mention that they don't forrward ALL first class mail. If the envelope asks for 'new address' they simply return it to the sender as undeliverable. Bills, checks, and various other important documents were returned creating total havoc in our lives and destroying our credit rating. What happened to us is disgusting and solid proof of why the US Post is going bankrupt.

I called to check on a package I shipped to someone they took down the address n my number n told me they would call me back they never did and I tired calling back the next day n got no answer.

HORRIBLE. LAZY. RUDE. DEFENSIVE. When we did not receive package, we then tracked the package online. It arrived at this post office an was acanned as such and then SAT for one week. Then marked "undeliverable" and was to be returned to sender. Ten days later, still not returned. Clerk wouldn't physically check the shelves. Kept repeating, "we send packages out the next morning". Well obviously NOT. It sat for a week before even scanned undeliverable (for unknown reasons!) still have not returned package.

They need to fire the entire staff at this location. Unbelievable representation of the US postal service. Giving the postal service a bad name. There is something rotten in Danmark. I have not received mail that was confirmed mailed around 2weeks ago but was never delivered to my address. Such mail contained personal information. I believe mail was deliberately withheld or taken.

I recently dropped off a prepaid package at this location I never receive a tracking number and when I called to ask about the person on the phone was not helpful yelling at me with what I thought the tracking number was, after trying to understand how a government office lost my package and they could do nothing about it the man hung up on. This post office sucks. One, they never answer the phone. Second, I sent a priority mail package that said they had recieved it but mail carrier to lazy to drive down to address and get a signature. If you want your packages to get somewhere in a timely manner I would strongly suggest use someone else do not go to Gainesville, Green st. post office. I have never seen such laziness in my life.

I find a note from the mail carrier that all my mail has been returned. I went to the post office to speak with someone and they claim my mailbox was full and I had not responded in 10 days. In FACT, I had been checking my mail all along and only 2 days went by between checking/ recieving my mail and getting the note. I will be asking for an investigation, for NO WAY this should have happened. No resolution at the office, very poor service!

I have lived in the same house for 20 years and I CAN'T understand why my mail CAN'T get delivered to my home every day. I have my address on the mailbox and house and inside the mailbox thanks to the post office. This is an ongoing problem and I'm getting tired of it. We haven't had mail the last 2 days and decided to check out the house next door that is empty and has a bright orange NO TRESPASSING sign on the storm door. No one lives there and hasn't for a year. I had a problem with a package. I came to the post-office and explained the situation.They wanted to get more details and offered to call them later. When I was trying to find them on the phone 40 minutes later, nobody was there on Saturday morning. After 10 minutes of waiting, somebody picked the phone at last. I said I wanted to talk to Michelle. The lady asked me to wait for a moment and disappeared forever.

These people argue with customers, never answer the telephone, take very long to find packages (sometimes just say they aren't there), and basically don't wanna work. Very unprofessional and lazy.

Started calling at 8:00am After 19 calls being disconnected after 11 rings each, I gave up and called 800 #. Was able to obtain a case #, but still cannot reach Summit office. No wonder the PO is going bankrupt. Called PO consumer affairs. Hope someone gets axed so a competent person who needs a job can be put in place.

It seems that at least once a month I have a small parcel package in our mailbox paid for and ready to be picked up and our mailman decides that he just doesn't want to take it. He'll wrinkle and fold our incoming mail to be lazy. I'm getting very frustrated.

This 74134 location is the WORST experience of hell I have ever been through in my life. Trying to send my family member a priority package & that was the 12th!! Was told it would be there by the 13th!! It is now the 18th!!! Crap! The man at the desk is very rude and will not help me take care of my issue. Horrible. The WORST!!

wow it gets worst everyday i believe that the PO workers are just lazy period. today July 16th waiting for an important package i just called this post office only to find out the package is there. Would not even rate this a star! There is a bald man that is a sick sick man! Perverted! I was walking by with my fiance and he had his pens in his hand. Inside if his mail truck! Poor management. They should send their workers for some sort if council! If I had my child with me and she seen that at 12 yrs old I would have destroyed that man n his truck. Watch your workers! My husband has not received two packages and they have no idea what has happened to them. I think there needs to be more details other than package date delivery. They should have to state where they left the package or if they took it back to post office for pickup.

I have been trying to call this post office in Tomball for the past 2 days and every single time I dial the line is busy. I am out of state and need to locate a parcel that they have in their possession but it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach an associate for assistance.
