The usps had lied in said they shipped my package but never had a pink slip they scanned my item in had one of the employees took my package in they never heard from my item again

I tried to call the office for about 3 hours and get a busy signal. Then they want $.75 to call me back

The worker who work there they do not do they job. They are very rudy and they returned the package back even if i said not to, they even don't want to listen to what i am saying, they most be changed to another person who wants to work and do their job and they need to be nice and want listen to the person that is talking on the phone!!!!!!!

The lack of leadership in this Post Office is reflected by the lack of motivation and pride by its employees. I paid an exhorbitant amount of money to ensure delivery of a package and the box never made it. Totally unsat. The P.O. System is broken.

Fedex dropped my package off at Fresno Teal bend postal location. The person who was supposed to give me my package put the key in my mail slot but after I unlocked it my package was not inside. Please explain to me why my package is missing? Fedex confirmed it was delivered today 11:59am.

The staff at the postal location on 700 E. 61st needs remedial training in professionalism, and providing quality, efficient postal service. I dread having to go or call this location for anything. There is always one postal worker behind the counter trying to serve the 30 people restlessly waiting in line. The phone is either always busy or ring limitlessly. I cross my fingers hoping to receive my packages. I've repeatedly experienced packages delivered to the wrong address and never to heard of again thank goodness for insurance. USPS please do some house cleaning at this location. I give it -5 stars

I love my post office. This office is friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I live close and always use this branch. The convenience of the lobby mailing when the counter is closed is so nice, also.

This post office returned my packages to sender because they "couldn't find my address" although they have been delivering packages to me and I only live 5 mins away. On top of that I have been calling for the last 2 hrs and no answer. They close at 5pm and it now 3:16 pm

The New Rochelle NY post office is the most disgusting display of a business. Their workers are comfortable, rude, condescending and unprofessional. They've been there so long and are so comfortable they lack any concept of customer service never mind having any customer service skills. Disgusted. I pay ups and fedex extra to avoid them.

so i mailed off a package from LB, CA to Dubuque, IA. SO why in the hell did my package go from Long Beach to Phx (this location) to Des Moise and then back to this Phx location...just effing deliver the effing package already its been 11 days and was supposed to be delivered in 2. There is time sensitive documents in that package...get it right. O and to top it off theres not a freaking number anywhere that i could actually call and talk to a HUMAN being. So disappointed in the USPS right now.

This office is worst us office. Their representatives don't answer their phone and they don't have more knowledge about the delivery. OMG I can't believe it.

This post office has changed for the worst!!! It used to be a really well-maintained and efficiently run facility. Now? Not so much. Expect to find full waste cans, few supplies, etc. Your packages will be handed to you already opened, your magazines already read...forget receiving catalogs, coupon mailers, the staff helps themselves to those. If you need a PO box go elsewhere.

When ever you want to send a pkg, they always want to quote the highest cost. You have to ask if there's a cheaper rate, then they'll tell you. And priority mail is not a guaranty. They say "if you want it there by ..." As if it's assured by that day,, it's not. It's actaully best efforts and many times gets there with the regular mail, it just cost you 3 or 4 times as much.

Service is horrible, customer service is poor. if i can re route my parcel to another location, I Will . Dont't go there !!!!

This post office really sucks. The mail man is lazy and would not even take the time to put the mail in the mail box. He never delivers your packages and would report that he made an attempt to deliver. I am left hunting around trying to find my packages. Something has to be done. Really!!!!!!

These mail carriers who work at this particular location have no care nor take pride in their job.Ive had ins.claim checks twice swnt to the wrong address and continuosly giving my neighbors on either side of me my mail.I had one neighbor who happened to be doing some yard work and found some of my mail in his front yard!!!!This idiocy has too stop its getting worse and worse by the month

Front Desk, Postal Help & our Postal Carrier in Garner, NC you will not get any better service, they always smile, they ask as a reminder if you need stamps or any other postal svc. They are a breath of fresh air, they are what Customer Service is all about & we thank everyone of them for their service and a job well done every day of the year!

postmaster has been harassing people about how u park which i was parked with a truck with plow she said i wasnt far enough ahead which i was actually bcause a ups came in 2 go to back the back door with no problem had alots of room she said she has held peoples mail untill they moved their vehicles

Easy in and easy out. Small rural type post office close to Dublin, Hilliard and Plain City. Very good service from this one person operation. Parking right at the door - entrance and parking are at the rear of the building. Always seem willing to go the extra mile. Helpful friendly service. Forget about those big impersonal Post Offices and give Amlin a try.

Same here... I've been trying to call for over an hour. It's Monday 10am. It's been "busy" every time.

Why is it okay for these postal employees to lie about delivering or attempting to deliver packages they have not? This happens on a constant basis with this place. They play games with people's packages, so you end up not knowing where and/or when your package arrives at the location. They claim that the packages are "out for delivery," but in the meantime, they're sitting right there in their back area. Why do I have to wait five extra days for a package that arrived at their location two days from when it was shipped? What kind of idiots are running this place?!!!

I called this morning to only ask a sample question so I won't have to waste my gas and find out it wasn't ready.the lady cutt me off and thr beginning of my question and hung up.

My package was delivered to wrong address or persons. Several attempts to contact has been unanswered since the initial call. Numerous attempts have been made since. I either get ringing then cut off by a loud noise sounding like a fax machine, busy signal or just hung up on.Initial contact to post office I was told they would check with courier and call me back. 8 days later I am still waiting. Customer service is lacking a little in the follow thru department.

i moved to a new area,and the postman pulled up to my hoyse and tolx me that i wouldnt be gettin any mail because i didnt have a curbside mailbox..ok understandable on my behalf..bur can someone explain to me how this postman can park his mailtruck and deliver mail to all the houses on this block but exclude me from getting my mail..i have recorded him doing so and will be reporting this to higher authorities.ive put in mail hold n change of address but still in all my mail is always lost...ROSEDALE POST OFFICE IN FORT WORTH TX

Every time I have gone into this station the window clerks act like they don't want to be there and do not want to wait on customers. They are not friendly. They do not try to sell anything more that what you are there for and that is not a pleasant experience either. The window clerks never smile. I now take my business over to the one next to the airport where the clerks are professional and friendly and want your business.

The people that work at this post office are amazing!!!!! I have never had one unpleasant experience there. I will go out of my way to use this poat office! They also treat my 4 year old like gold and take time out to give her stickers! They are fabulous!

twice now packages were "signed for" showed delivered yet found on my mail carrier days later.Police reports were filed but like the cops told me don't use usps for anything important.Wonder why the post office is doing so poor.

Everytime u call them its hard to get through..What is the purpose of having a number & the line is always busy...People have serious issues that need to be handled but you have to keep calling back until u reach someone..Its very frustrating

We used to have great service - till about a year ago. Now we get other peoples mail almost daily, and when we order things they are saying it was "delivered" according to the tracking number, but we get it days later. It is Christmas Eve and it happened again. No wonder the post office is in trouble.

This place sucks. There are two ladies who call customer bitch over phone in front of other customers. Not only that the lady is so rude .. She was threatening me that I wrote address in the middle or something. If I knew that I should be working in USPS. Will never go to that place even if I have pay more somewhere else..Two bitches with too much of make up and lots of attitude and no common sense.

On a normal basic I would receive my packages on time , but this particular time I did not receive my package. No notice was in the mailbox. When I contact the seller there told me to call the p.o . I did call package was there , that package was suppose to be receive the day before.

Don't use this post office for mailing. Must have disgruntled employee as mail goes missing every month. I think someone there is deliberately taking it and disposing of it.

Always courteous, helpful, and answer all my questions. Very nice people at this location, they even warned me that if I needed any more of a certain item that it could be up to two weeks before they would have it in stock again thereby saving me a wasted trip.

This post office is 4600 s.w. 34 street Gainesville,Fl. is the worst when it comes to customer service. The staff is not very helpful. In addition, do not try calling. If you get an answer it will be a recording that tells you to call back, other wise it will just ring for hours. Avoid using this post office if it is at all possible. Two thumbs Down

This has to be the sketchiest post office in Lexington. I went to mail a letter a few months ago and it took forever for an attendant (dressed in street attire) to come to the counter; she was not friendly at all and it seemed like she did not enjoy nor want her job from her demeanor. For all I know, the letter that I attempted to mail never made it out of that building.

I have literally called this office over 25 times in a row. they will not answer the phone. They will do something in the form of picking up and then hang up on you. I would just call right back repeatedly. My package was mailed from this office on November 23 and as of December 3, 2013 I still have yet to receive my package. they finally picked u and left the line open. I had a very important item that was suppose to be delivered on wed. It got here wed and said it was a undeliverable address. I receive packages here all the time. So i called on Friday to see where it could be and they have no clue where my package is. The communication with the delivery and office is poor. How can a company as big as usps not know where their delivery people place packages.

I just made yet another phone call to the Post Office because a package I ordered was delivered to one of my neighbors. I absolutely do not understand why our mail carrier can't seem to read a house number or street name. Our mail doesn't come until 6:30 or 7:00 pm at night, and I get a neighbor's mail on a regular basis and not just a neighbor on my street, but on the next street over. I certainly see why the postal service is in trouble.

This facility and the postal carriers don't have a clue about how to deliver mail. It must be rocket science or something! Five times over the last 8 weeks, my mail or packages have been mis-delivered. Once the facility just kept an evelope at the facility for no reason when it was sent by 2-day delivery. There was no signature required yet just kept it without leaving a slip in my box. Four other times, they have delivered it to my apartment office, again without leaving a slip. I am continually left to try to find my packages. I talked to the manager once and he is the most clueless of them all! I've never used a postal office as a criteria when moving however when I move next, I'm going to try to find a place somewhere that is serviced by a different postal facility.

We order a lot online and larger packages are not being delivered to our house nor are notices being left that they have attempted a delivery. I have talked directly to our local delivery man and he says he cannot come up our drive. I asked why and he says he was told he could not??? We don't have dogs outside we are off the road a bit but not much. But, why can't a delivery attempt notice be left? Just outright lazy. I am tired of paying for postage to get terrible service. Also, when going to the post office to pick it up they are rude. Changes need to be made to the management and employees that work there.

So far two Saturdays in a row the post office decided to open late even though they are supposed to open at 8:30AM. Multiple people called to remind the supervisor that there was a line of people waiting outside, they mentioned "We didn't realize what time it is" and still kept us waiting. I had urgent matters to take care off and wasn't able to because I left at 9:00AM for a meeting at 9:30. If it was just this one time I wouldn't have cared but this happens frequently. They have no value for the time of their customers...

EVERY time I order something online and it hits Seacaucus' USPS it takes FOREVER to leave even though it's only a few hours away from me. Seacaucus NJ's USPS the world hates you! USPS do youself a favor and fire everyone there or just close that location because you dont deserve any customers if you're going to allow that type of service to represent you.
