This is the worst post office I've ever encountered and I have lived in 7 different states and abroad for a few years. The phone has to be left off the hook for how long their number is busy. The customer service is horrible and I have been there on multiple occasions when "the system is down" and they are unable to ship or receive or even sell stamps. Oddly enought those are usually on Saturdays. Avoid at all costs.
Mail carrier (Highland Park) just throws the mail over the fence, does not put mail in mail box
The phone rings and I know this because I've called them on my cell while standing across from the counter. I actually watched them ignore it!!! Just a case of government funded employees working just hard enough to get by ... the post office should be privatized ... the people that work there are slow, lazy, overpaid and wouldn't last a day working at a private company.
I've had several packages stolen by this post office.
30 people in line - 1 person working - no window open for packages. when they go to look the take forever. the attitude is so corrupt here in terms of helping people. this post office is everything that is wrong with the system.
There customer service is the worst ever!! I tried to call them and i let the phone ring till the phone on there end ran out of rings... Then I called agian and same thing happened. I don't know if they even have personnel there even working!!!

When you ask for help and are respectful, the old male at the post office make head motions and talks in a negative manner. Not sure how this happens, but I guess being old doesn't help give you a sense of what respect is.
They are holding my package hostage. I ordered eye drops for my cat. The package is very small so they could just put it in my mailbox. They said they tried to deliver on Friday (I was home all day) and didn't leave a pink slip in my mailbox. This is horrible service and please, someone, put my package in the box like you normally do. Wow!
normally receive mail by 1:00 at 3:45 it is still not here and the post office cannot be reached by phone due to constant busy signal. Expected receipts will not make it to the bank for posting today, which is very disappointing.
I go to this post office often and always receive the best customer service! Also they are open 7 days a week!

I did not get my packages, at least 4, although on the tracking record they are signaled as "delivered" to whom, if not to me? The address is a Warehosue Office: 4740 S.W. 74. Ave, Miami FL 33155. Please check, where can I pick them up?

My neighbors mail is put in my mailbox and I have had to either give it to the mailman or drop it off at Fountain Square. I have had stolen or missing mail. I wish the Fountain Square employees would pay close attention to their home delivery names and addresses. This has happened numerous times.
The women tried to charge me for FREE postal supplies because she said it was a $10 minimum payment to use the post office with a credit card! Yeah, you read that right. She wanted to charge me $1 each for 6 priority envelopes so that my total would be over $10. LOL!
San Jacinto College North is not a USPS location! Please remove us as a U.S. Post Office location on your site. It frustrates the customers.

On September 29, 2014, I was out pruning plants in my front yard. I fell and cut my leg wide open. I did not have my phone, and I was afraid to stand up, because the cut was deep. The mailman was delivering mail to my neighbors, and I called to him and asked him to knock on the door and ask them to come over, which he did. Once he realized that I was bleeding, he was very attentive and helpful, and also extremely reassuring. Thank you so much for being there and helping me out. I was able to get the stitches I needed, and now I am just fine.

EVERYTIME I call here it's busy. I've been trying for hrs once again.
Customer service called me and told me to call them back regarding an issue with my po box. I called back that same day and continued to call through the following week. No one ever answers. I live 2 hours away so I cant go in person. Im worried they will shut my po box down again. The first time it was shut down they were uncertain why it was canceled... It shouldnt take over a week to speak with someone at the post office. I'm wondering why this is.
Packages never make it out of this post office. Employees do their early shopping by going through your package. They keep what they want and record it as a delivery. Avoid the post office at all costs if you can. They need to be out of business.

Whenever we call during opening hours the phone is busy - no exceptions yet. We can only leave a message when the office is closed and she calls back the following day. This means no same-day inquires. It's been very very frustrating.
Some time ago I stopped receiving my weekly grocery store ads on Tuesdays. I stopped in at the PO and left my name and address and request to begin receiving them again. After a little while I received them for 1 week on a Wednesday(too late to plan for a beginning of sale shopping trip). The phone to this PO is always "busy" off the hook? I do receive the Hispanic ads on Wednesday but that's also too late. Please respond to this and let me know that I can expect the delivery of my mail to be restarted. This is troubling. I use your services for many mailings and receive many packages. If my area is targeted as one that only shops at the Hispanic stores and doesn't mind if the ads are late, you are mistaken.

This post office is terrible! They are so slow! They are rude and very unprofessional. I am all for people having jobs but if a machine will do a better job than them, I'm all for it. I had a 12pm appointment for a passport and was told to have a seat. 30 minutes later, still waiting. When asked what exactly I am waiting for (considering upon my arrival no one was really there) he stated that I am waiting for an available clerk in a snobby tone of voice. There were plenty! They kept walking back and forth trying to appear busy. Two even stopped and chatted with each other. This is why usually I drive all the way to Flatbush to handle business.
Their phone is ALWAYS off the hook! No other way to contact them. A very important package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago.. tracking number says they were unable to deliver as addressed. Called main customer service, they said they didn't expect it to be a house address because I sound "too young" to be in a house. Main customer service said they wont redeliver my package, so I have to go to the main site. But they're only open when I'm working, so I have NO WAY to receive my package, because they won't deliver it to me and I don't get off work until they close, and they're not open on weekend. Ridiculous.
I have been in business for a long time, have shipped out of many locations, shipped out hundreds of packages, and have never receive negative feedback until I shift out of this one location due to customer receiving package damaged. complaints started mounting up every since I started shipping from this particular location and every time I would forward the complaints I get to the facility nothing is ever done. now I have to deal with a package thats in California that should have shipped to Louisiana and another package that has disappeared off the face of the earth and I am sure I dropped the package off. stay away from this facility if you're in business or care about the packages that you are about to ship. go to any other USPS facility because the facility off of Clark Avenue in San Antonio Texas is the worst. when you complain, nothing is done about it.

I agree - there has to be someone there to answer the phone. Annoying
First, the postal mployees are now protected by a union. So once someone gets hired it will take hell and high water to fire them. Secondly, they are so short staffed and work crazy hours because they have a rediculously high turnover rate. And lets face it, the brightest bulbs on the tree are not applying for this job. It does not pay like it used to. Not the postal service of old.
They barely knock on the door or don't even try to deliver your package. Several times I am seating waiting and the seller would tell me that USPS have attempted to deliver. I would have no receipt in order to pick up my package. You can't get them on the telephone either. This is so appalling; since we rely on these unqualified people.
I sent my mail from local post office in Elmira on Aug 12,2014. when I tracked it on Sept 10, 2014, it says this item is currently in transit to its destination..... my family has not received it yet. totally 28 days.
I am a little sick and tired of my local post office. they have lost/stolen two of my packages so far. Maybe a third one and it is hard to get anyone on the phone. I was left on hold after requesting a supv. for more than 15 mins. In the past couple of days I have receive no mail delivery.
every time this one mailman delivers my mail he delivers it to the next bldg. i don't know if hes doing it on purpose or if he needs glasses. today he dropped a package on the grass in front of my neighbor. when the neighbors son came home from school he picked it up and delivered it 2 bldgs away. the regular mailperson is good. i also get someone elses mail delivered to my address by this same mailman. i live on fountain drive over 20 years.

They never answer their phone and when you ask questions at the facility, they hurry and rush you along and seem quite bothered, like you should know what ever information you are asking. I felt like an idiot for even trying to ask a question. Thank you.
This Post Office is the worst. Spaced out carriers, can't deliver packages to the correct address. They loose packages all the time, even with tracking. SLOW deliveries, mail is late every day. If a package comes in for you and it is supposed to be delivered that day, they won't deliver it that day. They would rather make you wait another day for delivery, or if it's on a Saturday, you'll just have to wait till Monday. They don't care. They act as if they are doing you a favor for free, not like they're getting paid to do a job. They're always annoyed to have to deal with customers, when that's what they get paid for. Without postal customers they would be out of a job and have to work at McDonald's screwing up orders instead of the mail.
I think it's a real shame that u can call and call with no one will answer the phone it's pathetic... maybe u should hiresomeone to answer the phoned...
The packet pick up window is a joke. The window opens at 7am, but no-one will answer the bell until 7:30- 8:00. They have the slowest window attendant of all of the houston post offices. I believe the customer service is the worst because that post office is in the hood. If they were in a nicer area, I believe that the workers would not be as rude and unconcerned about the customers. They have no respect for the customers time. They are slow and then are rude once they finally come to the pick-up door. The federal government needs to offer that post office customer service training.

If you have a regular person you are blessed, but when someone new comes they don't care...they say they leave your package...they are lying..our mail is supposed to be in our boxes but it's found in front of our doors on the ground for anyone to walk up and take...PLEASE DON'T HAVE THEM DELIVER YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGES...the post master needs to step in and do something about this location...if they don't want their jobs then close it down!!

Have had several packages go to wrong address can the postal employees not READ is it hard to tell the difference between WELLS and WILLIAMS just get things right people depend on you for that I guess the post office has gone the way of everything else in the Obama administration
i called that # i don't know how many times and it comes out like if the number is disconnected it gets me so freaking mad if this isn't the then update this web site and all the other ones and if this is the number then you guys have horrible customer service and if its bcuz the line is busy then you need to get more lines this is ridiculous

I have been living in the area for 9 years, and just recently moved down the street, ( same zip) the mail always comes at 3:30. I can't understand why it arrives so late in the day and when I've called to ask a question, no one answers the phone. In addition, I've worked for the postal system, Lenox Hill Station, NY; those workers are always on top of their game. Why? because the white people in that area, wont stand for slacking mail service !

I mail my package at dysart post office in surprise az and it showing it depart to a sorting facility and it suppose to deliver today i am think if someone steal my package
I want to thank the Stearns Ave. supervisor who tracked down my missing pkg.ad the mail person try to deliver it to a different street' He needs glasses, it came back to PO and was found and delivered same day today.

No one picks up the phone and they have yet to forward my mail. I have been trying to receive my mail sine July and here we are in August almost September!!!!!!
The hours are ridiculous and sometimes you show up during said hours and they aren't even there! They could all use a lesson in customer service as well.
Every other day I am finding mail from my neighbors in my box and vice versa. Today was the last straw. A priority mail/ IN A PRIORITY FLAT RATE ENVELOPE/ was miss delivered to my neighbor. How does this happen? My husband delivered mail for over 20 years and shakes his head. His route had over 1000 customers. If he had performed like that could you imagine the mess! No one seems to care. I have nothing against the delivery persons but when this happens all the time , maybe some reeducation is in order. I think ya need to take some pride in your work and do a good job. Pay attention!
I called during work hours on a Monday and the phone rang for over 15 minutes and no one ever answered. I don't call that very good service!!!!!
I called the willowick post office to get help in finding a package that was sent to my son at Ohio State, with everything going on I forgot to put a return address on it. I had no idea how to retrieve the package and the young lady at the post office was very helpful and gave me a number to call to try and find the package at the Columbus post office. She took the time to help me and I was very grateful she did. Thanks
I live in an apartment complex and often keave letters to go in my mailbox. They are never picked up even when I leave a n ot inside and outside the mailbox. I am handicapped and there is no public mailbox nearby. It this a new regulation that the letter carrier will not pick up mail?

I have been calling them for 3 hours non-stop to track 2 letters I posted July 25, 2014 and the letters had not been delivered up until Aug. 11, 2014 and the letters contain official documents!!!! Went on the website and inserted my receipt number all to be informed that they do not have my receipt number in their system!!!!!
I can buy variety of postage without having to go all the way down Lower East Side.
Bud is an amazing worker and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. I am 53, have lived in many different cities and never have been so lucky to have someone like Bud deliver my mail. Give this man a raise!! Thanks so much!!! Cindy M.
This post office phone is never answered if you can get it to ring at all. It always rings busy! Poor service.

Do not trust this post office with any delivery, a item of $200 i sent was supposedly delivered by them,. They simply marked down as delivered but they recipient said it was never delivered, even though they had someone was at the house 24/7. Called the manager and she simply said there's nothing she could do about it. So i advise do not trust them with any valuable items,!

I was at home waiting on a package. Whoever delivering the mail, they just left a note in the mailbox to go pick it up at the post office. This is not the first time this happened. They are very lazy and sorry.

I've had a p.o. box # 598 over ten (10) years at this post office. When I come in to get my mail or go to the service window for stamps. All of the employee's are courtesy and friendly. You get in and out fast even when there's a line of people. Thank you everybody for being friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Q.

I found the clerks at the downtown Littleton post office to be knowledge and very friendly. I liked the service here much better than my regular post office. The parking is a challenge, but I would recommend this post office to anyone.
Its a gd post Office but when u put something on hold they will still deliver It to your house and they need more cashier in this office the worker is too old to be lifting and bending

we are a 10 unit townhome complex and the only residential address in the 600 block of e. nutwood st. we have not had a mail delivery since 7/15/14 and today is 7/17. if a carrier is on vacation or out,our mail is neer delivered. this is not the fist time. a homeowner went to the p.o. today to inquire as to why we were not having our mail delivered and was told by a clerk to go to imperial blvd. and pick it up if she wanted her mail!!

This has happened on 2 occasions. Yes I have a dog and she likes to bark, shes doing her job. The first occasion the mail man left our mail on the porch where anyone could take it. The 2nd time I was home and he came across the street, yelled at me and said "is this your mail?" I had no idea what he was talking about. I said "I dont know." He said are you 728, I said yes. He then stated "I will not deliver mail to houses with dogs that bark." He then preceded to tell me how dogs were jumping out of windows. I stated she wasnt mean she just likes to bark. He said I still wont deliver your mail to your house with a barking dog. He then left. I am going to call and complain to. I hope to God he isnt giving our neighbors our mail. Thats so illegal. What was he going to do with the mail if I wasnt home??
The very worst. Always have been. Workers behind the counters total morons. If you have a package, they can't find it for you and will tell you a card was left for you in error and then they try to get the card from you! This has happened a few times. Place is filthy. Who runs this office, I would like to know.

I have lived and used this post office for over 25 years and they never deliver the packages on time--ever! This is horrible as they are paid by the government to do a job and provide a service and are always losing or delaying delivery. They do not and will not deliver large packages to the doorstep, and yet they are paid out of tax payers pockets. Ridiculous!!!!
Every time I have a package sent to me via USPS, the driver never tries to deliver it to the door. They scribble some lame excuse about me not being available to receive my package. That is total nonsense! The latest package I tried to intercept was recent. I heard him ring the doorbell. I got to the door 15 seconds later and I saw him drive away and he saw me, but kept on going. Your package delivery has been a big bust as far as I am concerned. I will tell all my family members to use Fed Ex or UPS in the future.
Impossible to get a hold of. Called well over 15 times from different numbers and was continually hung up on without so much as a hello. My 2 second question could have easily been handled but instead they spent over 45 minutes avoiding my call.
Lost a package of mine, found a package of mine. Scheduled said package for a Saturday delivery, they instead send package back to seller Friday saying it was not claimed???

This post office claims its open till 5 pm. I started calling them at 4;51 phone was just left ringing,and as soon as 5 pm came in i got a long screeching sound then a fax sound. they just didn't want to get caught working after five if the questions were to difficult to answer. Some public service.
I am absolutely mortified every time I come to this postal office to pick up my packages. The office never opens on time and when you arrive there are always approximately 15-20 people waiting in line. This has to be the WORST postal service I've encountered in South Florida. I would consider relocating just so I never have to pick up my packages from this location. Corporate needs to intervene ASAP!!!
The office doesn't accept packages, yet the postman marks the ticket, left with management. Angry residents looking for packages the office doesn't have or the post office.
