Its been a month already since my sister sent me a package from Dumas Tx sadly we've been here and there looking for it, calling and calling, when on web to track but no answers

I agree with the other comments, not only is the service bad at the center but when we put a vacation hold (even on line) we a come home to mail in the even medicines are let. There is no logical reason for this if they can't read the hold mail request they need fired

Quiet, efficient Post Office. Friendly, helpful staff

This post office is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so friendly. I live in Cleveland and drive to McDonald because it's great customer service and I can't stand the one in Cleveland. Cleveland is unfriendly and always always has a long wait.

Did a change of address form and still have not received any mail tried calling to inquire number does not work called the main branch they in turn called this post office which notified me they would find my mail that was two weeks ago.

2012 they lost my registered mail,in which there was valuable items,then I requested compensation per their policy, these creatures refuse to compensate the value they told me the day I mailed them, they bark at me like dogs, two women and one man ,today I went there to mail letter for the first time since that incident, they still work there with glum look on them,I mean the creature with bad and rude attitude still.

They have worst ,disgusting attitude most of time,all you do is mail a letter or buy stamps etc, they will not give customer basic respect which you deserve,they are on 4000 leap rd.

This Post Office is always slow.The workers try to be very helpful.They try to do too many things at one time,which slows things down. Stop the talking and focus on one customer and one task at a time.

They only have two people working the windows with all these people standing in line. Please do better for your community.

No one ever answers this number

Threw USPS packages from the sidewalk to the residents' front-doors. One lazy postal worker caused bad name to all good postal workers.

This place can get you in and out faster than your average post office (partly because I don't think many people realize it is there. The only problem is they don't always have enough stamps of less common denominations.

The lady who works at the passport is so rude! She was yelling at people, she answer question in a bad way, she is not helpfull at all. Is unacceptable she works there, we are paying for a passport with the service included, have some respect for us!!

We get mail deliveries only 2 or 3 times a week here. Never knew we had so many undeclared national holidays.

I put in a temporary change of address for 134 Forest Drive in Wethersfield on Dec 27' for Safety Harbor Florida. It is now Jan 20 and I still have not received any mail. After numerous calls I have still received no mail

They never answer the phone , they rarely deliver anything on time more often than not im having to pick up my own packages because they fail to deliver . They leave entire apartment complex mail lockers open unlocked very unsafe and dangerous happens too often . Their beyond rude this is what our taxes pay for .

they are rude and have people wait on line for hours theres like 10 of them and one person is at a window while the rest have fun they always losing my package for some reasons this is outrageous

Great Post Office in all kinds of ways (personnel particularly) but also always a long line. It's not that they don't work as fast or efficiently as everyone else - I suspect they're either just understaffed or that this is where everyone near here goes because they know they'll get the help they need.

The people here act just like what you'd expect of Post Office employees in the old days. It's all about them and not about you. I've taken the time to discuss this with the Postmaster there who seems not to get it whatsoever. Avoid if you can.

I haven't had a lot of critical interfacing with this particular Post Office but the engagements I have had there have always been of the utmost quality (in every way). Would highly recommend.

While I wouldn't say that everyone in this Post Office is exemplary (which is not unusual anywhere), I've had some stellar experiences getting help, answers, and assistance from the personnel at this Post Office at some critical times and would highly recommend.

Just called about a package and the woman on the phone was slightly ghetto but was very helpful nonetheless!!!!

Their customer service is unacceptable. They failed to deliver a package and would not send it out again. And the phone number does not work

I give one star because no star is not an option. Service is poor. Provided wrong information to customer on delivery service. Did not deliver package as promised. Had hard time contacting customer service, keep getting busy signal or disconnected.

I put in a change of address on December 2014, and my mail is still going to my Suffolk address and not being forwarded to my Florida address of yet, and it's been over a month now. I have bills hanging because they are not doing their job.

Line so long people started leaving. Only two windows opened, two are closed. I never want to come back. On the website, it states that the facility provides professional services, I think not

I requested delivery of a certified letter, received confirmation#. Waited at home ALL day, not delivered. Okay another request, received another confirmation, again stayed home ALL day, again a NO SHOW. What does it take to get my letter? And you wonder why people are doing more on line.

I like this post office. It's convenient from my home, friendly, fast, courteous, knowledgeable help and decent hours. I especially like the 7 AM outside pick-up time when I want it to get there soon. My only reason for not giving it a "5" is that there's always junk in the parking lot which gives a bad first impression.

this post office doesnt answer their phone was going round and round with some automated answering machine after 30 minutes i just hung up.

I have not received mail that was sent to me TWO weeks ago

They are not only rude but also unprofessional I have ever seen both in person and on the phone,my rating is zero or negative star for their service.

5 pieces of mail properly addressed and stamped being sent to U>S> domestic locations mailed only 3 delivered within 4 days the other 2 4 weeks later. Put vacation hold on mail to resume Dec 26th still not delivered and its the 27th?

I called to see the status of my delivery, someone answered and told me to hold on. I was left on a hold for quite a while and the someone else answered and told me to hold on. I held on for about 15 more min and then decided to hang up.

Do not mail packages from this post office. They will loose them and then lie to you about. The supervisor there is useless. I don't undestand why our government waste money to pay someone likebher for doing absolutely nothing. I rate this post office a big fat 0.

The manager closes the office early when the store is busy, and stands in the door way rejecting customers as they approach the store. When asked for the contact information of the supervisor, he says he IS the supervisor. Several of the clerks are rude and impatient.

It was the holiday season and the person helping me was friendly polite and attentive. I did have problems getting through on the phone at first but then again it is the post office and customers are in and out. They fixed my problem on the first try.

They don't stop to deliver package, but say they do. I have been home and know they don't stop. Have to go pick it up. Last time there over an hour wait, only 5 people ahead of me. No wonder post office is going broke. If these people had real jobs they would have been fired long ago.

Second time I have brought an item to ship got an estimate and then to come back and be told a different price and to top it off that it can't be shipped because it's to big. I would think that when I first brought item in and it was already at biggest size requirement that obviously when it was packaged it wouldn't fit the requirement what a waste of 2 days and then being treated like I'm stupid over the phone

I received horrible service my mail was lost and they can't tell me why my mail was lost when it was out for delivery it was some important mail that I was waiting to receive and they block my number I suggest they closed down they received a negative 20 stars from me

Incompetent

I have tried to reach out to the agents in this office and the phone keeps giving me a busy tone. I tried at different times with the same result. Finally, it rang, but nobody answered. I guess I join the other reviews above in regards to their poor service.

This postal service is the worse. You call no answer. The customer service sink. The lines are always slow & long. They lie about attempt drop off 's. They need to be supervised. And not that man that hand out the packages. He's the one that's rude,slow and unprofessional.

Went this morning at 8:00am, because that's what the web site said. When I asked one of the employee's "are going to open at 8:00am" and the employee (female) state "no regular hours" in a very rude way. Then you went ahead and opened at 8:30am. So either change the web site or inform your employee's the hours and teach them some manners!!

I needed help with some special mailing this morning, and found the Clerk to be very pleasant, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Thanks to our P.O. for being as you are, on every visit; very efficient and polite. We appreciate your home delivery people also.

Nice small, friendly post office. The ladies are always willing to help. Who wants to go to the big, noisy town post office when you can support the small ones

everytime I ship a priority package from this location, they accept the package and it sits in that same office for a couple days before it is sent out. Never makes it by date expected.

This is a small post office facility, but you get great service.

Never answer their phone. Shipping is horribly they say it was delivered in a mailbox but never leave anything and when you check online it says its being delivered the next day when they wont even try to deliver it

Package arrived at this facility on Nov. 26, not delivered. Called today, they say "Oh, we have it here, she should come pick it up here". No explanation or apology for not delivering it for 9 days.

This is the worst post office ever! I have had two packages come up missing from here and a check that had to be reissued. Always have other peoples mail in my box. Tried calling nobody answers the phone then they took it off the hook it was busy from 10am til 5pm. Calling again today no answer so far.

I went to pick up a package my family member sent me, I suppose it got lost in the mail. I tracked the package to this office. I told the lady that and she said "well do you see the line behind you? I don't have the time right now" she was very rude and the guy working with her was laughing at her smart comments.if you want professional people to help you, DONT GO HERE.

I hate going to my local post office. The attitude of the ladies at the desk is deplorable. My regular postman is very professional and approachable, with the postal needs I have. Someone should take notice to how they treat customers that come there for a service that they are paying for.

Walked in to the office on 12/02/14 around 1:00pm. Cold, rude reception. These two female employees looked miserable, and acted burdened by my presence. No hello, acknowledgement, what so ever. Seemed bothered when I said good afternoon" only to respond with a "yea". The only smile I received was when I fecisiously said thanks for your politeness" as I walked towards the door to take my business to your competitor (fed ex,ups, ect.) Prime example of a outdated - behind the times business atmosphere.

This is absolutely crazy. Been standing in line to pick up a package for about 20 minutes now. The line hasn't moved much since there is only one person behind the counter.

This post office doesn't ever answer the phone (you try it), unprofessional and rude employees every time I have been there.

I called for a pick up service for a large box from my high rise. If I would have spoken to my employer the way I was talked to by this postal employee, I would have been fired. Unbelievable that people like this get away with it.

Several times I have not received important pieces of mail. Many times I have received mail for others in my area. Many times neighbors have brought my mail to me that was delivered at their house and a couple of times I have sent mail that did not get there or was not received at all.

I keep getting other people mail so I'm wondering we're my mail ends up. I have spoken to man in charge of the carrier before. For few weeks the problem is taking care of it, then things revert again, how can this problem be solved.

Can not get my mail delivered at my place of business. My hours i open are at 11am and all of my mail seems to returned to sender ,I do not even see my carrier .

It's a wonder that the USPS can stay in business at this location with the lack of customer service. No one ever answers their phone, no communication. Just horrible

This post office is always dirty. The automatic doors do not work half the time. The copier is always broke. And why are all the forms you need inside where you have to get in line to retrieve them?

You can't go out of state with the incompantant service that Haun post office can give to deliver your mail to propper address and to put hold on your mail when out of town you are unable to contact them and or call u back letting u know that services that were requested were followed up on they can't be relyed on how hard is it

Always friendly and helpful people that work in the office and our driver that delivers is compassionate and helpful.

I live so close and love store

they said that they delivered my package, but the package was not delivered. now they say to bad they delivered it. they may have delivered it, but not to me. with any luck this location will piss off a terrorist group.

This is my LEAST favorite post office in the area. I'll only stop by here if I absolutely have to, and I regret it every time. There are two good employees here, a man and a woman, but otherwise I have a disaster of a time each time I step foot into these doors. Interchange Square is my post office of choice around here.

The employees at this brownsville location are unprofessional packages are never delivered on time. They so call attempt to make deliveries but they lie they never actually bring the packages. When u do go to pick up your packages the associated are rude and disrespectful.

I received a notice in the mail from the Postal Carrier stating that my address was noted as a vacant residence. What?! It's Not vacant! Where did they get that information? Where's all my mail? Tried to call like many of the others on this review and only get a busy signal!!! Very frustrating!!!

worst post office I have ever dealt with in 35 yrs.They lost a certified letter,lost mail being held on vacation,supervisors are worst I have ever dealt with,and slowest employees I have ever experienced in a post office.It is no wonder they are nearly bankrupt.I even had mail stolen out of my box and they could care less!!!! I wish they all were fired and start over!!!!!!!

For years people have post negative comments about this post office and it still remains the same. I live on Duxberry Avenue and there are times when we don't even get our mail (especially if the "regular mailperson" is off). If you try to call the either the line is busy or off the hook. I see the opposite streets (Ontario and 26th Street) getting their mail in the morning. PLEASE HELP!!!!

They somehow always manage to miss stopping at my house for "Scheduled Pickup" and several times I have sent priority and they manage to not ship out for several days later after receiving the package. Very poor service!

The staff is courteous and mindful of the need to be efficient in serving the customers. When the lines are long, they show concern by rearranging the service to separate minor and major requests and preparing customers to be ready for immediate service at the counter

The Post Office needs new staff ,more workers. The Management is terrible in customer service. The line wait could go anywhere between 1 hour to 2 hour wait. The staff is rude and ghetto. They have no people skills. This Post Office is the worst in the Bronx.

I live in the Lakewood townhomes. Our mail box disappeared on Oct. 16th it is now Oct 23rd. I went to pick my mail up on Oct 20th n was told the box would reappear on the next day. We are still without a mail box. We are among 10 residences es who have gone without mail delivery for over a week now!

The person delivering my mail allowed it to sit out in the rain and get completely drenched before shoving it in my mailbox. All of my mail and important document are completely ruined. Horrible service!!
